写作指导和范文分析
一写作思路
通知是应用文较为常见的一种形式，主要是通知对方参加活动。

有关事宜交代清楚就可以，无需添加很多细节。

交际要得体，语言要规范，切忌模糊不清的语言和俗语
人称：书面通知的对象和活动多用第三人称。

时态：常使用一般将来时和一般现在时，且被动语态使用较多。

二写作结构
1.为了醒目，一般要有标题(Notice)
2首段介绍活动的背景目的意义。

3正文按照一定的逻辑介绍活动：包括活动的目的、具体内容、特别要求、时间地点等。

3.结尾常放置希望或祝愿的表达。

4.落款需要署名发出通知的单位。
