摘要

冷轧产品尺寸精度高,表面光滑,内部各项性能良好,其主要因素是排除了热轧中温度这一工艺因素的影响。利用钢在高温时变形抗力低和塑性良好的特点,在高温状态下进行加工变形,有利于节约能源,容易获得各种形状,但高温加工变形过程中的温度不是固定不变的,如果加工过程中钢的温度不均匀,则影响加工精确度;而高温状态的氧化,使得热轧钢板表面质量较差,冷轧能使金属内部颗粒破碎并均匀化,附加一定的热处理工艺,便能得到良好的性能,因此在产品尺寸的精确度,表面质量、性能各方面,冷轧板带钢都比热轧板带钢强。在特定的冷轧机上还可以轧制厚度为0.001mm的极薄钢板,这对于热轧来说是不可能的。

本次设计使用 2.0x1450mmQ240坯料经五道次轧制总压下 1.6mm轧出0.4x1450的薄板材,并且对轧机、轧辊、电机受力等进行了校核。工艺制度均符合生产要求。

When using steel in high temperature deformation resistance is low, and the characteristics of the plastic good, deformation under the state of high temperature processing, beneficial to save energy, easy accessing to a variety of shapes, But in the process of high temperature deformation temperature is not fixed, if in the process the temperature of steel uneven, influence machining precision; And the state of high temperature oxidation, make hot rolled steel plate surface quality is bad, Cold rolling can make the metal internal grain breakage and homogenization, additional heat treatment process, can get good performance, So in product size precision, surface quality, performance and manufacture steel strip are better than hot-rolled strip steel. In particular cold rolling machine can rolling thin steel plate thickness of 0.001 mm, it is impossible for hot rolling.

This design uses 2.0 x1450mmQ240 billet by five times rolling down 1.6 mm rolling out 0.4 x1450 thin plate, and the rolling mill, roll, such as motor bearing for checking. All conform to the requirements of the production process system.
