What can we get from online shopping?

Thank you Dr.Zhang.let me first of all thank you for your very kind introduction.It’s my great honor to be invited to give this speech .Today I am going to summarize some of our work in the field of online shopping.

As we known,online shopping has played a vital role since it came into the world.Statistics show that In 2013 the number of online shopping reached 300 million in China .Why are there so many people choose shopping on the internet?

In 2012, XiaoMi 1S cost only 1299 yuan ,which will be sold at least 1700 yuan in physical shop.From many example ,it can be proved that online shopping will save us lots of money.maybe you will ask why it ’s so cheap ,this is because online shopping reduces a number of traditional middlemen and no sales tax paid.

Second ,our daily life becomes more convenient and faster owing to online shopping.Now,you need no longer to walk around hundreds stores looking for the items you need,you can get what you want from website such as Taobao，jingdong,and so on .services such as booking airline tickets,reserving hotels or renting cars are also available on the internet,you do not have to queue with other shopper at the check-out counters.What’s more,online stores open for 24 hours.

In addition,people can shop for a variety of products on the internet. when you can not get some goods from physical store ,you will realize the value of online shopping,such as clothes of special type ,books of valuable,hot cellphone.

Not only consumers benefit from the online shopping but also enterprises can get valuable information .Online shopping increases personal interaction with potential customers and meet their needs,besides Get timely response from customers for product and service improvements or increasing customer satisfaction services.
