Secondly, according to the interrelationship between the pulse-wave signal and vibration theory, the vibration theory-based model of the pulse-wave signal feature extraction was established, and then, algorithm of the pulse-wave signal feature extraction was proposed which had been proved to be physical realization through mathematic analysis of and the range of relevant parameters was acquired. Moreover the characteristics of the pulse-wave period, waveform and blood pressure signal were detailed designed. The vectors of relevant feature extraction were defined and the signal operation expressions in specific course of realizing were acquired.

脉搏波信号处理算法的研究对于心血管疾病多参数检测技术的发展具有 重大意义。近年来,脉搏波信号的特征提取已经成为人体健康监护领域的研 究热点之一。通过脉搏波信号能够检测心血管功能的多项参数,具有无创、 快速等特点,是防治心血管疾病的重要手段。目前,脉搏波信号的处理算法 研究还不成熟,特别是信号的特征提取,使其在检测设备中的应用发展缓 慢,开展该方面的研究具有重要的实际应用价值及社会意义。

RESEARCH ON ALGORITHM OF SIGNAL PROCESSING OF PULSE WAVES AND THE EXPERIMENT
首先,对脉搏波信号特点及波形特征进行了分析,在此基础上采用了基 于数学形态学的脉搏波信号预处理算法,分别设计了加权组合形态滤波器去 除脉冲噪声和抑制基线漂移,并进行了仿真研究,该算法能够有效去除噪声 而不损伤原信号的特征。
其次,针对脉搏波信号与振动系统的联系,建立了基于振动理论的脉搏 波信号特征提取数学模型,在此基础上,提出了脉搏波信号特征提取算法, 对该算法进行了数学分析,证明其物理可实现性,得到了相关参数的范围。 并针对脉搏波信号的周期、波形和血压信号特征,定义了相关的特征提取向 量,并给出具体实现过程中的信号运算数学表达式。
最后,设计了脉搏波信号处理实验系统,包括脉搏波和血压信号检测硬 件电路,微处理器信号采集与处理任务,以及上位机基于 VB6.0 的心血管 功能检测软件。利用实验系统采集到的脉搏波信号,对算法进行验证,实验 结果表明,本文提出的算法能够有效去除脉搏波信号中的噪声,提取出脉搏 波信号和血压信号特征,通过实验分析,特征提取算法具有准确性高,计算 量小、连续性好、在线处理能力强、可实现插值功能等特点。将算法应用到 心血管功能检测中并进行实验,取得了较好的效果。
Finally the pulse-wave signal experiment system was designed concluding hardware circuit for detecting pulse-wave and blood pressure signal, microprocessor for signal sampling and processing and host computer software on VB6.0 for cardiovascular functions detecting. The algorithm had been verified through the pulse-wave signal sampled. The results showed that the algorithm could remove noises from pulse-wave signal effectively and extract the signal

Abstract
The research on pulse-wave signal processing algorithm has great significance on the multi-parameter detection. The feature extraction on pulsewave signal has recently become the hot spot in the field of health surveillance. The method of detecting parameters of cardiovascular functions through pulsewave signal is rapid without injury, which is an important way in prevention of cardiovascular diseases. However the processing algorithm, especially feature extraction is immature, which makes it develop slowly in application of detecting equipment. Therefore, study on this aspect has great practical value of application and social significance.

Firstly, an overall analysis of characteristics of pulse-wave signal was performed, based on which the weighted combined morphology filter to remove high frequency pulse noise and inhibit baseline drift was designed by the morphology-based preprocessing algorithm for pulse-wave signal with simulation study. The method could efficiently remove noises without damaging the characteristics of original signal.

Abstract
The research on pulse-wave signal processing algorithm has great significance on the multi-parameter detection.
