论食品安全的法律问题

摘要

食品安全问题这是关系到老百姓的相关利益的重要问题。食品安全是当下我国政府关注的头等大事，它关乎国计民生。现在我们国家的食品安全问题不能让人满意。如何改变食品安全状况？“远近高低各不同”你从不同的角度所看到的事物都是不一样，所以说，任何一个事物的发生，都具有一个复杂多变的程度。特别是对于食品安全这一类的。食品的制作到以后的保障，是非常复杂和多变的，所以，这个工程是需要比较长的时间的，还具有一个多方面的特性，对于食品这一事物，我们需要投入高科技的技术知识在里面，还需要它的管理体系比较完善，还要有人人都遵守的市场安全环境和相应的各种法律法规的制约，只有这几个方面都能相互配合，才能更好的实现食品的安全性这一目标内容。本文首先介绍国内外对食品安全问题的相关研究，接着介绍我国食品安全现状情况，接着指出我国食品安全法律规制的缺陷，最后提出我国食品安全法律规制的建议。

On the legal issues of food safety

Abstract

Food safety concerns the vital interests of the people. Food safety is the top priority of our government at present, it is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. The current situation of food safety in China is worrying. How to change the food safety situation? "The distance is different." you see things differently from different angles, so the occurrence of any thing has a complex and varying degree. Especially for food safety. After the production of food security is very complex and changeable, therefore, this project is takes a relatively long time, but also has a characteristic of many aspects, the food is such a thing, we need to invest in high-tech technical knowledge, it also need the management system more perfect, but also restrict everyone abide by the market environment and the corresponding safety regulations, only these aspects can cooperate with each other to achieve the goal of food security content can be better. This paper first introduces the related research on food safety issues at home and abroad, and then introduces the situation of food safety situation in China, then points out the defects of the legal regulation of food safety in China, and finally puts forward the legal regulation of China's food safety recommendations.
