激光散斑的数值模拟

摘要

随着激光散斑现象为人们所发现并深入研究,激光散斑所具有的特性及散斑现象在实际中的应用也越来越多的被人们所发掘出来。而其中,激光散斑的数值模拟和散斑干涉技术运用于实际生活中的测量是最重要的,也是运用最为广泛的。

散斑干涉技术测量是具有非接触,高精度和全场等优点,一直为人们所重视,尤其是被大量地应用于表面测量。并且随着电子技术、计算机技术、激光技术的发展促进了散斑计量技术的发展,使散斑计量技术向实时、高速度及自动化方向发展。

通过光波场的衍射计算进行激光散斑现象的数值模拟,可以更多的了解激光散斑所具有的特性,为激光散斑的应用提供理论方面的借鉴。

本文阐述了散斑测量技术发展概况,分析了散斑成因,介绍了激光散斑测量基本理论,数值模拟了高斯激光束通过毛玻璃片后,在未经过与经过透镜两种情况下接收屏的散斑光场分布,并对激光散斑测量方法包括参考束型散斑干涉测量方法、电子散斑干涉相减技术进行了分析研究。

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE LASER SPECKLE

ABSTRACT

With the laser speckle phenomenon is found and in-depth study, Characteristics of laser speckle and speckle phenomenon in the actual application are uncovered. Among them, the numerical simulation of laser speckle and speckle interferometry techniques applied to the measurement in real life is the most important and common.

Speckle interferometric technology have many advantage, such as non-contact, high accuracy and whole field, etc. People have been paid attention to this technology all the time. This is especially applied to surface measurement in a large amount. Electronic technology, computer technology development and laser of technology have promoted speckle measure technology development,let speckle measure technology develop along the path that is

real-time,high speed automatic.

Laser speckle can be numerically simulated by the diffraction calculation of light wave field. And we can learn more about the characteristics of laser speckle. The simulated results are helpful to provide theoretical analysis for speckle application.

This paper illuminated speckle measure technology development survey, analyzed cause of speckle measure and introduced laser speckle measure theory. In addition, author analyzed and researched laser speckle measure method including reference beam speckle interferometric method, electronic speckle interference subtraction technology and laser speckle digital correlation technology.
