摘要

人类社会不断地在发展，各行各业的设备和工艺也在不断进步和改良。大型圆柱形容器的旋转支撑装置自1870年被发明以来，经过两个世纪的发展，已被广大圆柱形容器加工制造厂家广泛采用。特别是第三次工业革命带来了新材料、新技术的应用，使圆柱形容器的发展步入了一个新纪元。

如今，无论从圆柱形容器的检测数量，检测质量以及经济效益等各方面来衡量，它已经远远超越了以往的传统的检测装备，并成为各国争相发展的行业。圆柱形容器检测装置是以通过针对圆柱形容器的刚度和挠度进行检测为主体检测机械。其特点是能够根据通过吊车放圆柱形容器到该装置里面后，通过移动Y型架进行定位，工作人员只要按下启动按钮就可以对圆柱形容器的边进行自动检测。它与其它类似设备相比，不仅具有被检测的圆柱型容器直径，环保节能等优点，而且运行可靠，易于实现自动化、集中化控制，特别是对高产高效的圆柱形容器检测工艺，起到决定性的作用。大型圆柱形容器的旋转支撑装置已成为圆柱形容器加工设备中的关键设备。目前，我国大型圆柱形容器的旋转支撑装置的应用越来越普及，特别是制造圆柱形容器的公司，广泛采用该设备。

The human society in the development of all walks of life, the equipment and technology is also in constant progress and improvement. Large cylindrical vessel rotating supporting device was invented since 1870, after two centuries of development, has been widely adopted by the majority of the cylindrical container manufacturing factory. Especially the third industrial revolution brought about by the application of new technology and new materials, the development of the cylindrical vessel, into a new era.

Today, no matter from quantity detection of cylindrical vessel, the test quality and economic benefits to measure, it has been far beyond the traditional testing equipment in the past, and as countries compete to develop industry. Detection device for cylindrical vessel is cylindrical container by the stiffness and deflection were detected as the main testing machine. Its characteristic is to put through a cylindrical container crane to the device, positioning by moving the Y frame, the staff just press the start button on the side of the cylindrical container can be detected automatically. Compared with other similar devices, not only has a cylindrical container was detected in diameter, environmental protection and energy saving, and reliable operation, easy to realize automation, centralized control, especially for the detection technology of high yield and high efficiency of the cylindrical container, play a decisive role. The rotary support device for large cylindrical container has become the key equipment in a cylindrical container processing equipment. At present, China's large cylindrical vessel rotary support device application have become more and more popular, especially for manufacturing cylindrical vessel, widely used in the device.
