摘要

“居住”是人类的基本生活需要，居住区是城市社会组织和居民生活的基本。随着经济的发展、生活水平的提高，人们对生活质量相当的关注、对居住景观环境的要求相对也很高。因此，居住区的景观设计也成为了居住区规划建设中至关重要的一部分。众多房地产开发商把握购房者的心理，纷纷打出了“景观牌”，以规划设计赏心悦目的景观来吸引更多的购房者，从而景观在居住区规划设计中摆脱的建筑的附属角色，拥有了自己的地位。

建设适宜人类居住的环境。拥有美好的环境，城市才真正人性化并适宜人类居住，城市、建筑、景观一体化已成为必然趋势。在这样的背景下，笔者对居住区景观建设作了一些思考，并希望这些思考对本次大庆湖滨花园居住区景观设计、景观建设起到积极作用。

根据我国居住区景观规划设计的研究来看，我们发现居住区景观规划设计出现了一些新的趋势。强调环境景观设计的文化性，体现地方特征原则。崇尚历史、崇尚文化。但随着历史文化的不断升温，开发商和设计师们开始不再机械地搬用西方式园林模式，甚至开始在中华文化的大背景下进行居住区的规划和策划。他们根据各地方区域特征和基地的自然特色，通过建筑与景观设计来表现历史文化的延续性和地域特色导则提出了居住区环境景观规划设计的五项基本原则：美化生活环境、注重节能节才合理用地的经济性原则、生态原则、地域原则和历史性原则。

Abstract

People under the base of the local regional characteristics and natural features, architecture and landscape design through to show the continuity of history, culture and geographical characteristics of proposed guidelines for landscape design residential area in the five basic principles: a beautiful living environment, saving energy and focus only reasonable land use economic principles, ecological principles, the principle of geographical and historical principles.
