Job hopping has become a significant feature in modern world, and many people believe that some changes can lead to desirable consequences. People who stay with the same organization have the advantage of thoroughly understanding the operation at work and also becoming familiar with the staff and processes. An increasing number of people are changing their careers during their working time. What causes this trend and is it a positive or negative development for society?
第一个理由肯定是为了挣取更高的工资,获得更好的发展机会;
其次,从心理上讲,很多年轻人愿意去尝试新工作,认为这样可以结识不同领域的朋友,增加人生体验;
Not long ago, most people would choose to stay on the same job for the entire life, but today young people prefer to try different things and hop from one job to another.
