3×120MVA 220kV变电站电气部分设计

(220kV,10kV 电压等级部分)

摘要

本次设计是为解决该地区用电的日益增长,提高电网供电能力和可靠性,因此在该市中部新建一座220/110/10kV降压变电所。变电站主变规模:本期1×120MVA,终期3×120MVA。220kV本期出线2回,终期出线4回。110kV本期出线4回,终期出线8回。10kV 本期出线10回,终期出线20回。

为了完成此次变电站的设计,首先选出了所需的主变型号,然后根据负荷性质及对供电可靠性要求拟定主接线设计。为了保证机组的设备正常运行进行了所用电源的选择包括所用电源的引接以及所用变压器的选择。考虑到无功补偿的影响,设计中还进行了无功补偿容量计算。设计中进行了短路电流的计算包括短路点选择,短路电流计算方法的确定,短路电流计算,限制短路电流的方法。根据所算出的短路电流确定变电站的最大运行方式。设计中还对主要高压电器设备进行了选择与计算,如断路器、隔离开关、电压互感器、电流互感器、避雷器、熔断器、绝缘子、母线等。最后根据选出的主要电气设备完成配电装置的布置(包括配电装置类型的选择,间隔大小,安全距离,各电气设备布置的关系)。

通过本次毕业设计,让我们掌握变电站电气部分设计的基本方法,巩固我们所学的专业知识,提高了学习的水平和能力,培养我们运用所学知识去分析和解决与本专业相关的实际问题,培养我们独立分析和解决问题的能力。

Abstract

The design is to address the growing use of electricity in the region to improve capacity and reliability of power supply, so central in the city to build a new substation 220/110/10kV buck.The size of main transformer substation: the current 1 × 120MVA, the end of 3 × 120MV A. 220kV current round 2 back, back to the end of round 4. 110kV current round 4 times, back tothe end of round 8. 10kV current round of 10 back to the end of round 20.

In order to complete the design of the substation, the first election of the main changes required model, then load the nature and reliability of power supply design requirements to develop the main terminal. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment units were used in the choice of power including the use of power transformer connection as well as the choice. Taking into account the impact of reactive power compensation, the design was also carried out the calculation of reactive power compensation capacity. The design of a short-circuit current calculation, including short-circuit point of choice, short-circuit current method of calculating the determination of short-circuit current calculation, limiting short-circuit current method. According to the calculated short-circuit current to determine the best operation mode substation. The design of the main high pressure also had a choice of electrical equipment and computing, such as circuit breakers, isolating switches, voltage transformers, current transformers, surge arresters, fuses, insulators, bus and so on. Finally, according to the main electrical equipment selected to complete the arrangement of power distribution devices (including the choice of the type of distribution device, interval size, a safe distance, the relationship between the layout of electrical equipment).
