海南现代节庆游客满意度调查研究
摘要
海南是一座风景秀丽、热情洋溢的海岛,有着独具特色的风景和人文,使得近些年来能够建立起独具特色的现代节庆。例如海南岛欢乐节和三亚天涯国际婚礼节吸引着海外游客前来参与,但目前海南现代节庆主要是政府引导型的,市场运作行政化,缺乏对节庆市场的深入研究,本文以海南岛欢乐节和三亚天涯国际婚礼节为例,深入研究海南节庆市场的特点,有利于促进海南节庆品牌的多元化,实现海南节庆辐射区域的经济、文化、社会和环境效应。本文针对海南现代节庆进行研究,通过调查发现海南现代节庆的服务、管理方面的满意度比较低,存在产品单一功能趋同、商业气息掩盖文化、人才缺失制约发展等问题。进而提出丰富产品增加功能、深入挖掘海南文化、尽快培养专业人才等海南现代节庆开发的对策及建议,希望能够促进海南现代节庆旅游的发展,也为我国其他地区的现代节庆活动提供借鉴。

A study on Tourist Satisfaction of Hainan Modern
Festivals
ABSTRACT
Hainan is a beautiful scenery and ebullience Island, with unique scenery and the humanities, so in recent years to establish a unique modern festival. For example, Hainan Island Joy Festival and Sanya Tianya international wedding festival attracts overseas tourists to participate in, but the Hainan modern festival is mainly guided by the government, the operation of the market administration, lack of in-depth study on the festival market, this paper takes Hainan Island Joy Festival and Sanya Tianya international wedding festival as an example, in-depth analysis of the characteristics of Hainan festival market that is conducive to promoting the diversification of Hainan festival brand, Hainan Festival radiation region economy, culture, social and environmental effects. According to the Hainan modern festival was studied, through the survey found Hainan modern festival service, management satisfaction is relatively low, there is a single product function convergence, commercial atmosphere to cover up the problem of restricting the development of culture, lack of talent. And then put forward the rich product increase function, dig Hainan culture as soon as possible, professional training strategies and suggestions for development of Hainan modern festival, hoping to promote the development of Hainan modern tourism festivals, but also provide a reference for the modern festival activities in other areas of china.
