核心价值观的研究一直是企业管理研究中的一个重点及热门话题。核心价值观是企业持续稳定发展的精神力量。它一旦确立下来使企业领导者和员工达成共识,就可以产生持久的稳定性,成为全体成员判断是非的标准。只有企业员工价值观与企业价值观保持一致,才能使得企业全体员工有共同的信仰,这样的企业才能获得长久的精神力量。这样一来,员工就可以在为企业工作的过程当中,同时实现自己的价值,实现自己的理想。任何企业的发展都不可能一帆风顺。员工如果接受了企业的价值观,并为拥有这样的价值观而感到自豪。这个企业就拥有了突破发展困境的强大精神支柱,企业的持续稳定发展就有了精神保障。优秀的核心价值观为企业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。
论文“中国企业核心价值观构想的理论研究—基于中美通讯行业的对比分析”综合运用了调查法、归纳总结法、综合研究法、比较分析法等分析方法,对中美通讯企业核心价值观的异同以及我国企业核心价值观的构建思路进行了重点阐述。
本文首先对国内外背景进行了分析,对国内外企业文化、企业核心价值观研究进行了文献回顾,并对相关理论进行了阐述;然后,通过分析中美通讯行业的15家企业,对其企业之间的核心价值观进行了归纳、整理、数据分析;接着,对中美通讯企业整体核心价值观也进行了分析,介绍了中美通讯企业核心价值观的异同及对我国企业的启示;最后,在第四章根据前面的对比分析研究,对中国企业核心价值观建设思路及路径进行了再研究,提出了8个为先:“改变观念,开放为先;扬长避短,特色为先;拒绝形式,践行为先;提高认识,创新为先;重视人才,人本为先;诚信为要,质量为先;竞争进取,安全为先;顾客至上,服务为先。”指导我国企业核心价值观的构建。

The core values of research has been a focus and a hot topic in the study of business management. Core values are the spiritual power of sustained and stable development of enterprises. It is well established business leaders and employees to reach a consensus, you can have a lasting stability, all members of the judge right and wrong standard. Only consistent with employee values and corporate values, in order to make all the staff have a common faith, such enterprises to get long-term spiritual strength. In this way, people can realize their value and ideal in the work. The development of any enterprise can not be plain sailing. Employees if we accept the values of the enterprise, and are proud to have such values .This business has a powerful spiritual pillar of the breakthrough in the development of the plight of the sustained and stable development of enterprises have a spiritual security. Excellent core values for the development of enterprises laid a solid foundation.
