摘要:随着数控设备的飞速发展,我们不难发现,各行各业的生产现场的自动化生产线不仅大大提高了生产效率,还很大程度地减少了劳动强度,提高了经济效益。在自动化生产线中占有很重要的地位的设备当属输送机,它是最重要的散状物料输送与装卸设备。而输送机中链板式输送机是最为常见的输送机类型。
链板式输送机,由动力装置(电机)、传动轴、滚筒、张紧装置、链轮、链条、轴承、润滑剂、链板等等构成。其中带动物料的输送的主要的两个部分为:链条,利用它的循环往复运动提供牵引动力;金属板,作为输送过程中的承载体。其原理主要是利用固接在牵引链上的一系列链条提供牵引力,用金属板作承载体引领物料随着水平或者倾斜方向输送。链板式输送机被广泛运用于各行各业之中,电力、冶金、酿酒、化工、医疗、机械制造等等宽广的领域。为满足生产现场的各种需求,我们可以对自动化线中的输送机器进行具体设计,来达到要求和目的。
在酿酒自动化生产线改造中,对曲粉的加工和运输的输送机就选用了链板式输送机,并根据具体的生产需要及配合,打造一款量身定做的链板式输送机。那么,本文针对此款在酿酒自动化生产线中的链板式输送机进行了研究和设计,主要工作包括以下几个方面:
(1) 到生产现场进行一些数据测量,根据酿酒自动化生产线的生产需求和实际的现场情况,确定输送机设计过程中必要的且需要满足生产要求的数据,以便对输送机的各个组成部分进行设计和研究。
(2) 通过测量数据,推算其他数据,并设计输送机各组成部分。根据推出的数据,确定输送机的电机,连轴,减速箱,轴承,润滑等等的选择和确定。
(3)使用solidworks建模,绘制出输送机的三维图形,并确定输送机的传动原理。对着三维图解释输送机传动原理。

Abstract: With the quick development of numerical control equipment,we can easy find that automatic production field in all works of life not only can improve the production efficiency,but also decrease the labour strength and improve economic benefit in a large extent.Occupies very important position in automated production line equipment is the conveyor, it is one of the most important material transporting and handling equipment. And conveyor chain plate conveyor is the most common type of conveyor.
Chain plate conveyor, a power device (motor), a transmission axis, a roller, tensioning device, sprockets, chains, bearings, lubricants, chain plate, etc. Which drive the materials for the delivery of the two main parts: the chain, using its cycling sports provide traction; Metal plate, as the supporting body in the process of delivery. Its principle is to use fixed edge in a series of chain to provide traction traction chain, with a metal plate bearing lead material as the level or tilt direction. Chain plate conveyor is widely used in all walks of life, electric power, metallurgy, brewing, chemical, medical, machinery manufacturing, etc. To satisified all kinds of needs in production field ,we can design the transport machine in automatic production line to reach demand and purpose.
In reform of automatic production line of making wine,we select chain-plank conveyer as trasportion machine during the process of transport Coniocanpsa postmaculata . And according
to the specific needs and cooperate with production, creating a tailor-made chain plate conveyor.
Aiming at this king of conveyer ,this text studies and designs the chain-plank conveyer.Mainly work includes following several aspects:
Firstly, go to production line to measure data.According to the requirements and actual condition of production line,ensure the necessary and satisfying data to design each part of conveyer.
Secondly,get through measurement data,gain the other data.According to all datas ,select and ensure electrical machine,connecting shaft and so on.
Thirdly,use solidworks to draw three-dimensional figure ,and analysis the transmission principle.
