内容摘要
我国社会主义现代化要求机械制造工业为国民经济个部门的技术进步,技术改造提供先进高效的技术装备,他首先要为我国正在发展的产业包括农业,重工业,轻工业以及其他的产业提供质量优良先进的技术设备,同时还要为新材料新能源机械工程等新技术的生产和应用提供基础设备。
随着科学技术和工业生产的飞速发展,国民经济个部门迫切需要各种各样质量优、性能好、效率高、能耗低、价格廉的机械产品。其中产品设计师决定产品性能,质量水平市场竞争力和经济效益的重要环节,因此采用数控加工就成了首选,因为他工作效率高,质量好,加工精度高。
本文主要介绍了数控加工工艺的概述。数控加工的切削基础,数控加工工艺设计及数控加工工艺文件,数控加工的工具系统,数控加工夹具,阶梯轴类零件的数控加工工艺,数控切削等。

One product designer to determine product performance, quality market competitiveness and economic benefit of the important link, therefore adopt CNC processing become preferred because he high efficiency, good quality and high machining accuracy.
This article mainly introduced the nc machining process outlined. Nc machining cutting foundation, nc machining process design and nc machining process documents, nc machining tool system, CNC jig, ladder axial parts of nc machining process, CNC cutting, etc.
