摘要
该课题所研究的多功能秸秆粉碎机,主要功能将农作物秸秆进行加工粉碎的机器,通过一定的粗加工,它可以很好地避免秸秆资源的浪费,减少焚烧处理,保护环境,有效的对资源进行二次开发利用。通过其粉碎加工的农作物秸秆可适用于肥料制造、燃料、纸张等行业的生产原材料,变废为宝,可以使不便处理的大量绿色“垃圾”发挥出新的经济价值。
该设备的主要组成部分有行走机构、粉碎机构、喂入机构、传动机构和防护板等。喂料台、上下槽鶴、定刀组成喂入机构,它主要用于的秸秆初次的切割;传动机构主要由三角传送带、齿轮传动构成,由柴油机或电机进行驱动;粉碎机构主要由动刀、刀盘等组成,用于将秸秆粉碎至l-4cm,粉碎程度可以通过更换刀片型号和使用多组刀片进行调整。
在本次设计中,对设备的二维图纸进行了绘制,完成了整机的建模和效果图的输岀,主要从秸秆粉碎机的传动和机械结构进行设计和核算,通过对比国内外的相关产品,结合牧草、芦苇、秸秆等粗纤维特性,进行传动和结构的优化和设计,在一定程度上降低了能耗,提高了产量。

Abstract
The main function of the multifunctional straw crusher is to process a nd crush the straw. Through certain rough processing, it can well avoid the waste of straw resources, reduce the incineration treatment, protect the en vironment, and effectively carry out the secondary development and utilizati on of resources. The crop straw can be used to produce raw materials in f ertilizer manufacturing, fuel, paper and other industries・It can make a lot of green "garbage” which is inconvenient to deal with play a new economi c value.
The main components of the equipment are walking mechanism, crushi ng mechanism, feeding mechanism, transmission mechanism and protective plate. Feeding mechanism is composed of feeding table, upper and lower g roove roller and fixed knife, which is mainly used for the first cutting of straw; driving mechanism is mainly composed of triangle conveyor belt an d gear drive, which is driven by diesel engine or motor; crushing mechanis m is mainly composed of moving knife and knife disc, which is used to c rush straw to l-4cm, and the degree of crushing can be adjusted by changi ng blade model and using multiple sets of blades・
In this design, the two-dimensional drawings of the equipment were dr awn, and the modeling and rendering of the whole machine were complete d. The design and calculation were mainly from the transmission and mech anical structure of the straw crush er. The product combines the characteristi cs of forage, reed, straw and other coarse fibers to optimize and design th e transmission and structure, which reduces energy consumption to a certai n extent and improves output.
