费率市场化条件下商业车险业务发展问题研究

【摘要】从2015年开始推行车险费率市场化改革,到改革在全国范围内推广,在各个试点地区产生了各种不同的新现象,这些新事物的出现对各家财险公司的业务经营产生了不同的影响,2020年车险的新一轮改革即将开始,如何去适应当前的市场环境去更好的开展业务成为各家公司的当务之急。

随着车险费改的不断推进,在蓬勃发展的车险市场背后,却存在着产品同质化情况严重、产品价格与价值偏离等情况,在面对车险费率市场化带来的机遇和挑战怎样保证公司业务的正常有序的发展,或者怎样改变公司当前的战略布局,积极去应对市场变化顺应市场潮流,将变得尤其重要。

本文将对商业车险费改背景下车险业务的发展现状和问题进行陈述及分析,重点去分析在第三次车险改革中各家公司即将面临的挑战和机遇,通过分析我国当前的车险市场发展和未来的趋势,同时剖析费率市场化所带来的种种问题,与国外车险改革的例子进行对比,借鉴国外保险公司的经验,提出一些可操作性的建议。
