水果削皮机的工业工程创新设计

摘要

本文主要研究对苹果削皮机的创新设计,各结构单元的设计首先是分析设计背景,了解目前研究现状的优缺点,通过分析、比较来确定一种最合理的传动系统方案以实现既定的功能要求。最后结合人因工程相关理论知识,对各构件的主要参数与结构尺寸进行详细设计。整个系统机构设计简单小巧,结构精妙,性能稳定,完全颠覆了传统的水果削皮机功能单一,装配复杂,去皮效果不佳的工作模式。

设计的主要内容包括:

(1)整机方案确定:基于人机工程原理,对包括插果机构、削皮机构、切片去核机构、固定机构,进给机构以及机架进行优化创新设计。

(2)进给机构设计:引用车床车削工件的原理,由手柄、连杆、进给轴和叉刀组成的横向进给能很好地满足去皮要求。

(3)削皮和去核机构设计:由弹簧、刀具台、去皮刀具组成的随行去皮机构能与被切削物很好地贴合,且去皮厚度和宽度可调,配合切片去核刀具,能很好地完成被切削物的去皮、去核与切片,通过换装刀具,还能实现切丝等功能,完全改变了以往削皮机功能单一,不能满足日常需求的现状。

(4)固定机构的设计:本机采用吸盘固定的原理,将吸盘与底座相连,利用弯曲摇杆的摆动实现机器的固定与松动,方便使用。

(5)三维建模及关键部位有限元分析:利用SolidWorks实现水果削

皮机的三维建模,并对进给机构的运动进行仿真;本文还利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对部分零件进行了结构分析和强度校核。

Design and Development of an Apparatus for Grating and Peeling Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract

For the design of apple peeler each function unit ,the first step,the design background is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of the research status are understood. The most reasonable transmission system solution to realize the function of the set function requirements is determined through analysis and comparison. Finally combining human factors engineering related to theory knowledge, the mechanism of the main parameters and structural dimension are designed in detail.The entire system ingeniously design simple mechanical , compact structure, stable performance, change the operation mode of traditional fruit peeler’s a single feature and peeled ineffective completely.

The main content of the design include:

(1)Finalize the whole plan: based on the ergonomics principles, the optimized design including the insert fruit mechanism, peel mechanism, slicing to the core mechanism, fixing mechanism, the feed components and rack are carried out.

(2)Feed mechanism design: referring to the principle of the lathe turning workpiece, transverse feed by handle, connecting rod, feed shaft fork and knife of peel can meet the requirements well.

(3)Mechanism design for peeling and piting : peeling mechanism composed of spring, cutting tool base, peeling knives can be cut and fit well,

and peel thickness and width is adjustable, it is well done by cutting the

peel of content, to nuclear and slice with sliced to nuclear tool, through changing the cutting tool can also realize wire cutting, completely changed

the present situation of previous peeler’s single function and not satisfy the

daily requirements.

(4)Design of fixed mechanism: this machine adopts the principle of

chuck fixed and connects the suction cups to the base, uses the pendulum

motion of bending rocker to realize the machine fixed and loose and it is

easy to use.

(5)3D modeling and Ansys for key posts: build the 3D modeling of

fruit peeler by using Solidworks and carry on the feed mechanism movement simulation; This paper has also carried on some parts’ structure

analysis and strength check by using Ansys, the finite element analysis software.
