摘要

风险投资作为一种新兴的投资行业，它对各国的国民经济发展，特别是高科技产业发展起到了非常重大的作用。随着知识经济和科学技术日益成为经济发展的主要推动力，越来越多的人认识到发展风险投资产业的重要性。从而开始涉及风险投资领域。我国发展风险投资已有20多年，但与国外发达国家相比仍处于初期阶段，存在着许多的问题，如风投资本总量小、资金来源渠道单一、资本退出机制不通畅、相关法律制度不完善、缺乏专业人才等。就我国国风险投资的现状，要使风险投资健康发展，发挥其应有的作用，必须全面，系统地了解风险投资的运行机理，以及风险投资宏观环境的营运和改善。

本文从法律制度，市场体系，经济结构等层面深入的分析了我国风险投资发展的现状，阐述了我国风投行业发展存在的问题和面临的挑战，提出了发展我国风险投资体系的一些建议。希望中国的风险投资事业健康有效率的发展。

Abstract

Risk investment as a new investment industry, it to the national economic development of all countries, especially the high-tech industry development has played a very important role. With the knowledge economy and science and technology increasingly become the main driving force of economic development, more and more people realize the importance of the venture capital industry development. China's development risk investment for 20 years, but compared with foreign developed countries is still at an early stage, there exist many problems, such as wind investment this small amount, funding sources single, capital withdrawal mechanism not unobstructed and relevant legal system is not perfected, lack of professional talents, etc. In the present situation of the kingdom risk investment, to make the investment risk the healthy development, play their due role, must be fully, to understand the risk investment system operation mechanism, and risk investment macro environment and improve the operation.
