G: It’s my pleasure .Mr John ，I am the manager of sale department of Fujian tea export and import company. I am Paul .I believe you have some ideas to our company, may I know what particular items you are interest in ?

X:I have heard that your wulong tea is famous. And my company want to order some of your products. But can you give me a brief introduction about your tea.

G:At first You should know that , Wulong tea is special product of china ，not only famous all over the world，and it praised as pearl in the tea .What’s more, it has some special functions. For example, drinking it can refresh you,and have effect in throat.my company has specialized in producing wulong tea for several years，and our company was rated as china advanced enterprisein 2009，and china excellent after-sale services

X: it sounds very good. I want to order 1000KG of your tea. But what’s your price.

这听起来很不错，我想订购1000公斤，但是你们的价格怎么样呢？G: First of all, I am obliged to you for ordering our products. Well, we charge 250yuan per KG ，the price is based on careful calculation ，do you have any questions about it?

首先，感谢您的关注和订购。那，我们订购价格是每公斤250元，这价格都是我们精确计算得来的，你对我们的价格有什么疑问吗？

X: you know, your prices have increased by a rather large margin compared with international market prices. That’s unfair to us. I think you should reduce the prices.

相比于国际市场，你们的价格有相当大的利润。这对我们是不公平的，我希望你们一定要降低价格才行。

G: I admit we have marked up our prices which a little high compared with the current market prices. But we don’t increase it for nothing. You know, the quality of our products have improved this year. And our products deserve that price. And in another aspect, the price of this kind of commodity is tending upwards on the word market.the inflation is high now in my country.our price is based on reasonable profits,definitely not on wild speculation

X: I know your situation, but your prices are really too high. And it’s unfavourable to us. If you insist one your price and refuse to make any concession ,there would be not much point in further discusion

G: our offer is reasonable and realistic,it comes in line with the prevailing market，if you think our offer is too high ，let is have your counter offer .我方报价是合理的，符合当前的市场价格。如
