In consideration for your releasing of shipments to the consignee without presentation of original bill of lading, we agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Matson Shipping(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. and its parent and subsidiary companies and their officers, employees, agents, servants, subcontractors and owners of the carrying vessels against all claims, suits, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) of any nature whatsoever arising from the delivery of the cargo to the consignee designated by us above without surrender of the original bill of lading.
