摘要
高层建筑是随着社会经济发展与技术进步发展起来的。对于大面积、多功能、荷差异大、 结构或基础类型不同的建筑物,考虑到沉降、温度收缩和体形复杂对房屋结构的不利影响, 常用沉降缝、伸缩缝或防震缝将房屋分成若干独立的部分,从而消除沉降差、温度应力和体 形复杂对结构的危害。

由于高层建筑主楼与裙房高差显著,上部结构荷载分布很不均匀,导致基础发生过大的 不均匀沉降,轻则引起房屋墙体开裂,重则引起房屋结构整体或局部倾斜甚至倒塌,严重影 响建筑物的安全使用。本设计对建筑物的沉降观测进行了介绍,作出设计,以充分发挥对该 建筑物主体的沉降观测。 关键词:高层建筑;基础沉降;不均匀沉降
