时间短语

一、关于时间的短语

some time，sometime，some times和sometimes是常用的几个词，它们形似而含义不同。请记住下面口诀：分开是“一段”，相连为“某时”。分开s是“倍、次”，相连s是“有时”。读读下面四句话，便会运用这四个词。

例如：（1）I’ll stay here for some time．我将在这儿呆一段时间。

（2）Kate will be back sometime in February．凯特将在2月某个时候回来。

（3）Our school is some times larger than theirs．我们学校比他们学校大几倍。

（4）Joan goes to school on foot，but sometimes by bike．琼步行上学，但有时也骑自行车去

词组有be used to <习惯于> give up <放弃> go on<继续> feel like<想要> keep on<继续做某事> insist on<坚持> look forward to<盼望> put off<推迟> devote to<致力于> stick to<坚持> object to<反对> thank you for<感谢> be busy<忙于> get down to<静下心做某事> have difficut/trouble <做某事有困难>

动词后面可加to do形式，可加-ing 形式的例如：

forget to do sth 忘记去做某事doing sth 忘记已经做过某事

remember to do sth 记住去做某事doing sth 记得曾经做过某事

stop to do sth 停下来接着去做另一件事doing sth 停止做某事

mean to do sth 企图做某事doing sth 意味着做某事

go on to do sth 做完某事接着去做另一件事doing sth 继续做同一件事

try to do sth 努力做某事doing sth 尝试着做某事

can`t help to do sth 不能帮助做某事doing sth 情不自禁地做某事

动词后可接名词如：be worth +n <这件东西>值多少<钱> +doing 值得做某事还有动词后必须加sb然后才可接to do 形式如：allow / advise / forbid / permit + sb to do sth <允许> <建议> <禁止> <允许> + doing sth
