释放激素激活垂体-性腺轴，而中枢性青春发育过程

是不可逆的，因此观察G n R H a类药物对I C P P女童性

腺轴的影响应尽量随访至其生育期、绝经期，这样得

到的结果才更为可靠。

综上所述，使用醋酸曲普瑞林治疗I C P P女童能

够延缓其月经初潮，促进身高发育，患儿短期内无多

囊卵巢综合征和高睾酮血症发生。
