• • 1993年和香港生产力促进局合作建立HKPC校准中心---赛宝（HKPC）计量检 测中心；第一家走出国门的校准实验室。 1993 Establishing CEPREI ( HKPC)Calibration and Testing Center in Hong Kong with the assistance of Hong Kong Productivity Council; （The center became the first calibration laboratory which offered service overseas.) 1995年国防科工委建立的国防5101校准实验室 1995 Establishing 5101 Calibration Laboratory for The Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (CSTIND); 1997年设立的赛宝（香港）计量检测中心； 1997 Establishing CEPREI (HONG KONG) Calibration and Testing Center in Hong Kong;
