Headcount controling Follow up and control Headcount.Conform the headcount with production department every 2months. Check production Follow up and check production employee list on Mondays once a week as comparing employee production data which is prepared by production. Follow up Desbas process,recording,control,payment,be in contact with relative Desbas person from Desbas Check and update employment documents Employment documents Onboard documents job(employee contracts,EHS regulations,overtime Update employee list HRWEB system Resigned employee notification Employee cards fingerprint system Labor contract agreements,Desciplinary Procedure,Employee card delivery form,etct) Make employee list record.Follow and update employee list according to changes(newcomer,termination,position change,etc) HRWEB system management(Input employee information,delete the employee who left,changes,ect) Follow up employee termination and resignation.Inform the result to other departments by email in time. Follow up employee cards process(prepare,check,deliver) Check fingerprint system and magnetic cards, Follow up contract signature Contract management.
Work from headquarter. Complete the working arranged by headquarter. Recruitment Organization chart Job descriptions Training Follow up international salse manager recruitment process Update organization chart and headcount Follow up and update job descriptions,contact with department to get signature for the form Organize white collar new comer employee orientation training program,Introduce HR policy for newcomers. Make and execute company yearly training program,and evaluate the training results Follow up postion status changes process Follow up 2 months probationary process Responsible for white-collar and blue collar employees recruitment. Payroll and overtime calculation,bonus,social benefits,payroll system management Slary payments,send pay slips,give clear information to employees who have difficults to understand his/her salary Payments (salary, sgk, enforcement, bes, union, all other payments related to personnel.) Follow up attendance process,be in contact with shift leaders to check the attendance reports for module and cell production departments. Follow up all leave process.Check the authenticity of sick leave.Check Daily unexcused employees.Give the leave report in production daily meeting every Friday. Follow up the overtime from all deparment Follow up all SGK and issue process Follow up private health insureance process for white collars Follow up and perform termination and resignation process. Organize the Union Committee meeting to judge the termination and warnning.Feedback the result to departments. Employee relations managing(warnings,working status,)Give the warning report to production department every Friday by email. Make KPI Procedure,follow performance evaluation process
