LPL(League of Legends Pro League)、英雄联盟职业联赛， 中国大陆最高级别的英雄联盟职业比赛，是中国赛区通往每 年S系列全球总决赛的唯一渠道。 每年的LPL由春季赛和夏季赛组成，每季分为常规赛与季后 赛两部分。常规赛积分排名前八的战队将晋级季后赛，为赛 季总冠军以及高额的赛事奖金继续展开争夺，而积分和排名 垫底的队伍必须和下级联赛（LSPL）中的顶尖队伍进行升降 级赛决定是否能够保/降级。 另外，各队伍还将根据排名获得官方世界赛事中国区选拔赛 的资格积分，每年的春季赛冠军将代表LPL出征5月份的MSI （季中邀请赛），每年的夏季赛冠军将作为中国赛区的一号 种子直接保送全球总决赛，全年积分最高的队伍将作为二号 种子晋级全球总决赛，顺位之下的四支积分最高的队伍将进 行残酷的选拔赛，第一名的队伍将作为LPL第三号种子拿下 全球总决赛的最后一张门票。
