摘要

随着经济全球化的发展和全球环保运动的高涨，传统的关税壁垒逐渐减弱，人们在重视经济利益的发展时，经济活动对大自然造成的污染越来越严重，生态平衡也遭到了严重的破坏，人们开始意识到保护环境的重要性，所以贸易中出现了具有严格关卡的绿色壁垒。在绿色壁垒面前，农产品贸易出口面临了诸多挑战和瓶颈,严重影响了我国具有出口优势的蔬菜贸易。这些绿色壁垒增加了我国蔬菜的生产成本，减少了蔬菜的出口数量，削弱了我国蔬菜在国际市场上的竞争力。因此，如何应对上述问题是值得认真研究的课题。

本文以蔬菜出口贸易为例，以有关理论为指导，在理清中国蔬菜出口贸易和竞争力现状的基础上，着重分析绿色壁垒对我国蔬菜出口、生产成本和比较优势的影响，找出实施绿色壁垒的原因，最后提供相应的对策建议。这对于我国蔬菜产业打破绿色壁垒、发展外向型经济具有重要的理论和现实意义。

首先，阐述绿色壁垒的基本理论和基本特点。其次，理清中国蔬菜出口贸易的现状，分析绿色壁垒给蔬菜贸易出口带来了积极的影响和消极的影响。最后结合中国实际国情分析，蔬菜贸易出口如何应对绿色壁垒的措施和对策。

Abstract

With the development of economic globalization and the rising of global environmental protection, the traditional tariff barriers gradually weakened, people pay more and more attention to the economic benefits, the pollution caused by economic activities is more and more serious, and the ecological balance has been destroyed seriously. People begin to realize the importance of protecting the environment. In front of the green barriers, the export of agricultural products is facing a lot of challenges and bottlenecks, which seriously affect China's export advantages of vegetable trade. These green barriers have increased the cost of the production of vegetables in our country, which has reduced the export quantity of vegetables, and weakened the competitiveness of China's vegetables in the international market. Therefore, how to deal with the above problems is worthy of serious study taking the vegetable export trade as an example, this paper analyzes the impact of green barriers on China's vegetable export, production cost and comparative advantage based on the theory as a

guide, and puts emphasis on the impact of green barriers on China's vegetable export, production cost and comparative advantage. It has important theoretical and practical significance for the Chinese vegetable industry to break the green barrier and develop the export-oriented economy.

First of all, this paper expounds the basic theory and characteristics of green barrier. Secondly, to clarify the current situation of China's vegetable export trade, to analyze the green barriers to the export of vegetables trade has brought positive impact and negative impact. At last, according to the actual situation of China, how to deal with the green trade barriers and the countermeasures.
