毕业设计(论文)摘要
柴油机作为一种重要的动力机械,广泛应用于各个行业,在国民经济和日常生活中起着举足轻重的作用。柴油机集往复、回转、冲击等运动部件于一体,具有结构复杂、工作条件恶劣、运用负荷范围大的特点。对柴油机的状态进行追踪并进行故障诊断可以有效提高柴油机运行效益。为提高柴油机动力装置的安全性和可靠性,对柴油机进行检测和故障诊断具有十分重要的意义。
本论文主要通过四部分分析了柴油机的检测诊断技术,第一步部分总结柴油机故障诊断国内外研究现状与发展动态。第二部分是通过查找资料总结出柴油机检测诊断的几种重要方法。第三部分是对柴油机的燃油供给系的检测与诊断,这部分主要通过分析柴油机燃油供给系统高压油管的油压波形特征和供油正时的检测研究了燃油供给系统的检测诊断策略。第四部分是简要介绍电控柴油机的检测与故障诊断,这部分是主要通过对电控柴油机的故障检测与诊断的原则,方法和原因分析进行说明,从而对电控柴油机检测与诊断有所了解。第五部分是对柴油机未来检测与诊断的展望,说明以后的发展趋势。

Title:Detection and fault diagnosis of diesel engine
Abstract:
Diesel engine as a major power machinery, widely used in various industries, in national economy and daily life play a decisive role in. Diesel engine set of reciprocating, rotary, shock and other moving parts
in one, has a complex structure, poor working conditions, using the load range characteristics. On the state of diesel engine for tracking and fault diagnosis can effectively improve the diesel engine running benefits. In order to improve the safety of diesel engine power plant and the reliability
of diesel engine, fault detection and diagnosis is very important.
This paper mainly through the four part of the analysis of the diesel engine testing and diagnosis technology, the first step of diesel engine fault diagnosis research status at home and abroad and the development trends. The second part is to find the information by summing up diesel engine detection and diagnosis methods. The third part of the diesel engine fuel supply system of detection and diagnosis, this part mainly through the analysis of the fuel supply system of diesel engine high pressure oil pipe
oil pressure waveform characteristics and fuel injection timing detection
of fuel supply system in the detection and diagnosis strategy. The fourth part is the brief introduction of electronic control diesel engine fault detection and diagnosis, this part is mainly based on electronic controlled diesel engine fault detection and diagnosis principle, method and the analysis of the reasons for that, so on electronic controlled diesel engine detection and diagnosis knowledge. The fifth part is the detection and
diagnosis of diesel engine the future prospect, illustrates the development trend of the future.
