国内外甜瓜果实品质研究概况
国际国内研究团队概况:
一、美国Cornell University:Dr. Jim Giovannoni 课题组:费章君等人。
该课题组参与国际番茄测序计划和国际葫芦科基因组计划(ICuGI);
研究领域:番茄果实成熟和品质的影响,即成熟相关的调控网络与品质形成的关系:1)对QTL的研究,采用图位克隆;2)对成熟相关因子(乙烯、光照)候选基因的分离和对转基因植物的功能鉴定。
目前Vc代谢途径比较深入,叶志彪老师课题组延续该研究。
