摘要

社会的发展尤其是现代工业的高速发展，对传统的铸造技术提出了越来越多的挑战。实现铸造生产过程的机械化、自动化和专业化，追求工序简单、劳动强度轻、生产效率高、铸件质量好、精度高、环保等要求已成为现代铸造技术发展的必然趋势。另外，科学技术的日新月异，各种新工艺、新技术和新材料的不断涌现，科学技术领域的各门学科互相渗透、互相结合日趋密切，在这些基础上，人们对老的铸造工艺方法进行了改进和革新，并研制出许多新的铸造技术。

由于化工和塑料工业的发展，特别是聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的诞生和实行铸造工艺的出现，打破了千百年来制模用木材、造型要取模的传统。这是铸造生产上的一大革命，受到国内外铸造工作者的普遍重视，获得了快速的发展。

消失模铸造工艺正是在这种背景下形成和发展起来的，消失模铸造所特有的优点越来越多地被人们所公认，并越来越广泛地受到铸造界（尤其是制模和造型工人）的欢迎。实践证明，这项新工艺是铸造行业中的一大革新，具有宽广的发展前途和无限的生命力，是一条多快好省发展铸造生产的有效途径，有力地推动了铸造生产不断向前发展。

而本设计就是基于消失模工艺对KA97-08机体进行的消失模模具设计。

ABSTRACT

The development of society especially the high speed development of modern industry, which puts forward more and more challenges for the traditional casting technology. To realize mechanization ,automation and specialization of the production process of casting.pursuing simple process, the intensity of labor light, high efficiency, good quality, high precision castings, environmental protection, and other requirements of modern casting technology has become an inevitable trend. In addition, the rapid development of science and technology ,the emerge of all kinds of new crafts , new technology and new materials , science technology field of every subject permeates mutually and more closely with each other. in these basis, people improved and innovated the old casting process methods and developed many new casting technology.

Due to the development of chemical and plastic industry, especially the born of polystyrene foamed plastic and the appear of implement technology of casting , which breaks the tradition of making to use wood and modeling to take mode for one thousand years . This is one of the revolutions on the casting production ,which attracts the universal attention of casting of the workers at home and abroad and wins the fast development. LFF process is in this context of the formation and development, peculiar advantages are more and more recognized by people, and more and more widely by casting industry (especially mould and modeling workers) . Practice has proved, the new process is a great innovation in the foundry industry, with broad development prospects and infinite vitality, is a effective and provincial way of casting production, which is a powerful impetus to casting production forward development.

This design is based on the LFF technique to KA97-08 on the body of the disappearing model mold design.
