某电子厂厂房工程施工组织设计

摘要

施工组织设计是对施工活动实行科学管理的重要手段，它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用。它体现了实现基本建设计划和设计的要求，提供了各阶段的施工准备工作内容，协调施工过程中各施工单位、各施工工种、各项资源之间的相互关系。

本文以某电子厂厂房工程项目为实例，结合实际情况，对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细设计。运按照建筑工程建设的基本规律、施工工艺规律和经营管理规律，制定科学合理的组织方案、施工方案，合理安排施工序顺和进度计划，有效利用施工场地，优化配置和节约使用人力、物力、资金、技术等生产要素，协调各方面的工作，使竞争取胜，经营科学有效，施工有计划、有节奏、能够保证质量、进度、安全、文明，取得良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

The construction organization design to construction activity is the important means of carrying out scientific management ,it and tactics of the dual role. It embodies the basic the basic construction realize planning and design requirements and provide the various stages of preparation for content, coordination in the process of construction, the construction unit of construction unit of construction jobs, the relationship between the resources.

Taking a enterprise plant project as an example, combined with the actual situation of the project, the division of the sectional engineering construction scheme in the detailed design.
