咨询经验。客户包括跨国物流公司，中国国有企以及

数家亚洲多业务企业集团。吴女士专长于企业增长战略、收购、并购后整合、供应链规模战略、网络设计、物流/分销战略、转型等咨询业务。她深谙中国市场

以及整个亚太市场的行业趋势和规律，近期所负责的

一些项目实例包括：

协助欧洲某大的运输公司对在中国近期的收购开展市

场重新定位以及运营转型

协助美国某大型运输公司制定亚洲增长战略并确定收购目标并在中国及东南亚开展运营尽职调查与谈判

协助财富50强公司制定全球海运战略。其中包括重新设其计物流运作模式并挑选服务供应商，包括船公司、仓库运营商等

吴女士先后获得了新加坡国立大学计算机科学学士，

美国麻省理工学院运输研究中心运输科学硕士以及美

国麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院MBA学位。在加入科尔

尼咨询公司之前曾任职于新加坡港务局。Ms. Mui-Fong Goh

Introduction:

Mui-Fong has fifteen years of industry and consulting experience focusing on transportation, logistics and distribution. She served multinational corporations, Chinese state-owned enterprises and Asia conglomerates. Mui-Fong’s expertise covers growth strategy, acquisition, post merger integration, supply chain footprint strategy, network design, logistics/distribution strategy and transformation. She holds deep knowledge of both China and the whole Asia Pacific transportation market. Some of her recent project experience includes: Helped one of the largest European transportation company reposition its recent acquisition in China in the marketplace with operations transformation Helped transport US dev growth Identifie acquisiti and operation diligence negotiati and South Helped a company global

transportation strategy, work involved intensive redesigning of footprint and service provider selection including shipping lines, warehouse operators etc

Helped an Asian conglomerate conduct expensive feasibility study for its investment in container ports

Mui-Fong has a MBA from Sloan School of Management and a MS in Transportation from the Center of Transportation studies, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, she worked for the Port of Singapore Authority.
