两环板少齿差减速器的结构设计

少齿差行星传动减速器以其结构简单、传动比大、体积小、承载能力强、传动效率高等优点,近年来得到了迅速的发展。但该传动装置在高速、重载和大传动比的情况下振动和噪声大、温升高及轴承早期破坏等问题,大大影响了它在实际中的应用。

本文在研究了现有少齿差行星传动减速器传动原理的基础上,针对三环减速器减速机构结构过大,输入转速低;硬面齿行星减速器过载能力弱和成本高等问题提出了一种新型少齿差减速器。其改进的方案是:利用两轴传动,两环受力,多相位分布,多齿啮合的两级传动结构布置,形成功率良性分流,传动比大,结构紧凑和动平衡的特点,取消行星传动的W机构,内部零件均为圆形,制造工艺简单。实现了加工成本/功率值低,单机的传动比大,扭矩/重量值大,扭矩/体积值高,机构非常紧凑,过载能力强,同轴式输出等特点。

本文主要研究内容是:

提出新的结构形式的少齿差减速器,对该减速器的主要组成,基本结构及传动原理进行分析并在此基础上进行理论计算和结构设计。

ABSTRACT

Planetary Gear reducer with small tooth number difference has been dramatically developed in recent years due to its features as its large driving ratio, compact structure and great loading capacity as well as high driving efficiency. But some problems have affected its application, such as gear noises, high temperature and the early-worn of bearings in the situation of high velocity and heavy load.

Based on studies of the existing drive principle of planetary gear reducer with small teeth number difference, a new reducer has been proposed, which is designed to solve problems existing in three-ring reducer with large structure and limited input speed as well as in hard-face planetary gear reducer with weak loading capacity and high cost. To overcome these shortcomings, the improvement has been outlined: the new reducer is designed as two stage transmission with 4-axis drive, four bearing rings, and multi-phase distribution as well as multi-teeth meshing, by which the new reducer is characterized by good power distribution, high transmission ratio and compact structure and dynamic balance. Because of abolition of W-type planetary transmission, its internal components are round and manufacturing process has been simply zed. Eventually the merits have been obtained, for instance, low manufacturing cost-power ratio, high the single transmission ratio, large torque-weight ratio and torque-volume ratio, in the mean while structure is compacted and with high overload capacity in the pattern of coaxial output.

The main context of this paper is as follow:

A new reducer with small teeth number difference has been proposed. Theoretic calculation and structural design have been carried out based on analyses of its structure, basic components and working principle.
