摘要

纺织品几乎在人类生活的各个领域,从纯艺术到空间技术领域其他尖端工程都有广泛的应用。然而它在服装、装饰、产业方面的应用,诸如衣服、建筑、内衣、及家用的床单、毛毯等已为人们所熟知。本文主要介绍纺织品中的经编间隔织物在服装上的应用和发展前景。首先，介绍了经编间隔织物的结构特点以及表层和间隔层的基本结构，分析了经编间隔织物的各种特殊性能。然后以文胸为例，介绍了它的在这方面特性、生产机型、原料的选用、结构及后整理等方面进行了阐述，并介绍了在游泳衣方面的应用。

接下来，总结了经编间隔织物在各个领域中的具体应用；指出经编间隔织物由于其具有特殊的结构和性能已被广泛应用于各个领域，同时引出它有着非常广泛的发展前景。

ABSTRACT

Textiles in almost every field of human life, from pure art to the field of space technology and other cutting –edge engineering have a wide range of applications. However it is in clothing, decoration, industrial applications, such as clothes, bra, and home of sheets, blankets which have been known by people. Taxtiles in almost all areas of human life ,from pure art to the field of space technology has a wid range of oeher advanced engineering applications .However ,it is in the clothing ,decorative and industrial aspects of the application ,such as clothing , architecture, underwear, and household linens, biankets, etc, Have been well known . This paper describes the warp-knutted spacer textiles fabric application and development prospects in the clothing. Firstly, the structural characreristics and the basic structure of the surface layer of warp-knitted spacer fabrics and spacer layer performance analysis of a variety of special warp-knitted spacer fabric. Then bra,for example, introduced its characteristics in this regard ,production models materials selection,and other aspects of the structure and finishingare described and presented in a bathing suit area.

Next, summed up the warp-knitted spacer fabrics specific applications in various fields,pointed warp spacer fabric due to its special structure and properties have been widely used in various fields, leads at the same time it has a very broad leads to prospects.

前言

经编产品是纺织品中的一支新秀，属于针织行业，最早发源于欧洲，已有两百多年的历史。我国在六十年代以前基本上可以说是空白，七十年初开始逐渐引进了国外的经编机，同时我们国内的机械厂也开始研制生产经编机械设备。当时，主要生产一些服用织物和蚊帐布。从八十年代开始，随着人们生活水平的提高和化纤工业的发展及机电一体化的普及，经编产业有了快速的发展。其产品开始服装面料、装饰面料、产业用布等多领域拓展。由于经编产品特殊的工艺结构组织和变化多端的外观表面效果，越来越受广大消费者的青睐。

经编品种繁多，广泛应用于服装、装饰、产业领域。随着纤维技术和机械技术的不断发展，一方面经编产品的档次得到不断提高，产品向多样化、功能化、高档化发展；另一方面经编产品的应用领域也得到了不断扩大，从传统的服装和装饰领域扩大了产业领域。

经编间隔织物以其抗压弹性、透气性、吸湿、导湿性以及结构整体性和可成型性等功能在服装、建筑、工业等领域得到广泛的应用。经编间隔织物，也称三明治织物（sandwich fabrics）,是一种三维立体织物，它是由两个经编织物层以及在其中往返并成圈的间隔纱组成。间隔纱连接并支撑两个表面。两个表面可以自由选择适合经编机生产纱线种类和组织结构。间隔纱则应该根据织物的厚度、抗压性能选择适当的原料粗细和组织结构。间隔距离主要取决于脱圈板之间的距离，一般可在2~60mm之间调整。经编间隔织物结构多变原料选择广泛，极大的丰富了产品种类，大大的扩展了应用空间。
