丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料是一种性能优越的涂料，其特点是除了耐水、耐海水、耐沸水、耐一般酸、碱化学品外，还具有突出的耐石油性，漆膜硬韧，耐磨性特强，不像环氧树脂面漆在大气中易产生粉化、褪色等现象。

Coating Description

Acrylic polyurethane coating is a superior performance of the coating. Its characteristics are water-resistant, seawater-resistant, boiling water-resistant, the general acid-resistant and alkali-resistant chemicals, and its oil-resistant is very salient. The film are hard and wear-resistant, it does not like the epoxy resin top coatings film which will be pulverization and faded in the air.

BS52-12丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆（双组份）

产品组成由含羟基高性能树脂为基料，加入耐候性颜料、助剂等组成甲组份，以HDI-缩二脲为乙组份组成的双组份涂料。

设计用途用于船舶、桥梁、海上设施、化工和石化厂等钢结构作防腐面漆。

主要特性良好的物理机械性能，附着力强，硬度高，漆膜防腐性能优异，耐湿热，耐酸碱，耐盐雾、保光、保色性及耐候性突出，长期重涂性

极佳。

物理参数颜色：各色

密度：1.26～1.37kg/L

理论用量：0.12～0.15kg/㎡

漆膜厚度：湿膜厚度75～95µm，干膜厚度40～50µm

闪点：约27℃

干燥时间：（25℃），表干≤0.5h，实干24h，完全固化7d

贮存时间：甲组份一年，乙组份半年

施工参数配比：甲组份：乙组份=10：1

熟化时间：（23±2℃）20min

适用期：（23±2℃）8h(超过8h后严禁加入稀料后使用)

涂装方法：高压无气喷涂、手工刷涂、滚涂

稀释剂及稀释比：105聚氨酯涂料稀释剂，﹤5%

涂装间隔：0℃：最短3小时，25℃：最短2小时，35℃：最短1

小时，最长无限制

表面处理：如前道漆面已经污染，应用适当的方法除去油脂、灰尘；

也可用本漆稀释剂擦洗

施工条件：环境温度为0-40℃，空气相对湿度应≤80%，工件表面

湿度高于露点温度3℃以上

前道配套涂料：H06环氧富锌底漆、H53-6环氧云铁防锈漆，S53-85

聚氨酯云铁中间漆

anticorrosion paint, S53-85 polyurethane MIO inter-paint.
