通过交替沉积LDH纳米粒子和pNIPAM获得垂直于基底的周期层状结构。

通过调制温度20-40℃范围变化,生成的超薄膜在表面拓扑图、薄膜厚度和表面润湿度方面展示出可逆性变化,归因于聚合物的收缩和扩张构型。

除此之外,得到了基于(LDH/pNIPAM)n超薄膜的电催化氧化葡萄糖的温度触发开关,由于电荷转移率重要的改变。

预计该策略可以用来组装各种智能材料,基于在一个2D的基底上有规律的安排各种智能种类。

2.2 钴铝水滑石胶体悬浮液的合成根据我们组报导的单独成核和老化方法,我们合成了胶体水滑石悬浮液。

典型地,100ml溶液A(六水合硝酸钴(0.2mol)和九水合硝酸铝(0.1mol))和400ml溶液B(氢氧化钠(0.15mol))同时加入转速为3000rmp/min的胶体磨中混合1min,通过离心、水洗和分散在400ml去离子水后得到水滑石悬浮液。

然后液体悬浮液转移进含有聚四氟乙烯内衬的不锈钢高压釜。

在110℃下热处理24h后,得到了稳定、均一、窄尺寸分布的钴铝水滑石悬浮液。

2.3 pNIPAM聚合物的合成pNIPAM聚合物通过已报道的自由基分散聚合方法合成。

简单地,NIPAM(4.304g),BIS(0.082g)和SDS(0.082g)溶解在250ml去离子水中,在72℃氮气氛围下进行有力搅拌。

KPS溶液(0.218g,50ml)加入混合溶液搅拌5h。

离心、用去离子水洗涤三次、然后使用过滤器过滤(1.2um,密理博)反应混合物来除去任何未反应的单体和其他不纯物。

得到的pNIPAM聚合物用去离子水透析(一星期两次更换透析液)。

2.4 (LDH/pNIPAM)n超薄膜组装CoAl-LDH/pNIPAM超薄膜通过层层组装技术组装。

组装前,ITO基底在丙酮、乙醇和去离子水一系列溶液中各超声10分钟。

石英玻璃首先在浓缩的氨水和30%的过氧化氢以7:3的比例混合溶液及浓缩的硫酸溶液中各浸泡30分钟,目的是使基底表面亲水及带负电荷。

基底先在0.1%的水滑石纳米层板的胶体悬浮液中浸泡10分钟,后用水充分淋洗,然后在100ml的0.1%的pNIPAM液体中浸泡10分钟。

通过在水滑石纳米板和pNIPAM溶液中沉积n层后组装成(LDH/pNIPAM)n超薄膜,然后用水冲洗,最后在环境中干燥。

通过在类似的程序,在0.1%LDH胶体悬浮液和0.1%的PSS溶液组装(CoAl-LDH/PSS)n超薄膜样品进行对比。

2.5 样品表征利用一台Rigaku XRD-6000衍射仪,条件为铜Kα射线(λ = 0.15418nm),电压40kv,电流30mA。

通过一台狭缝宽度为1.0nm的Shimadzu U-3000波谱仪测定在190-600nm范围内的紫外吸收波谱。

通过一台使用加速电压20Kv的扫描电镜(Zeiss SUPRA55)和一台NanoScope III3原子力学显微镜来观察薄膜的形态。

通过使用一台拥有2cm-分辨率的Vector22 (Bruker)波谱仪测试傅里叶转换红外波谱。

通过使用一台使用铝Kα射线的ESCALAB250仪器(热电子)操作X射线光电子能谱测试。

薄膜厚度通过一台使用角度70°、在300~1000nm范围内的光谱型椭偏仪(Angstrom Advanced Inc. PHE-102)来测量。

椭圆偏振波谱的建模和拟合使用制造商提供的软件。

超薄膜的静态水接触角使用一台商业液滴形状分析系统(DSA100, KRu SS GmbH, Germany),采用室温下一个液滴在每个样品三个不同的点上测量,用来测量的水滴体积为2ul。

电化学测量使用CHI660C电化学工作站(上海申花仪器有限公司)。

一个常规的三电极系统使用,包括一个改性后的氧化铟锡作工作电极,一个铂片作为辅助电极,一个饱和的Hg/Hg2Cl2电极作为参比电极。

3、结果与讨论3.1 (LDH/pNIPAM)n超薄膜系统的结构与形态表征CoAl-LDHs粉末样品的XRD图和红外光谱表明此含氮水滑石晶型比较好。

扫描电镜图像反映单个CoAl-LDH六边形纳米板狭窄的尺寸分布(100~120nm)。

在氮气气氛下,一个清晰的廷德尔光散射和分散性较好的胶体悬浮液透明性和稳定性超过一个月。

温度敏感性聚合物pNIPAM通过NIPAM单体聚合合成。

NIPAM和pNIPAM红外波谱表明,乙烯基吸收带(=C-H3078cm-,C=C1628cm-)证明通过自由基分散聚合成功合成pNIPAM。

pNIPAM溶液透光率随着在20到40℃范围内温度的增加发生改变,表明在水中pNIPAM是一种温度响应聚合物。

(LDH/pNIPAM)n超薄膜通过CoAl-LDH悬浮液和pNIPAM溶液层层组装合成。

(LDH/pNIPAM)n超薄膜的紫外吸收可见测量如图1所示。

在193波长下,pNIPAM的表征强度吸收带与双分子层数量线性相关(图一、插图),表明一个逐步的和规律的薄膜增长步骤。

考虑到pNIPAM含有大量的氨基基团及LDH纳米板表面含有大量的氢氧根基团,在pNIPAM和LDH间可能存在大量的氢键,这在接下来的部分中将会进行进一步讨论。

SEM图像侧视图(图2D)表明一个均一的层板体系机构,在石英基底(LDH/pNIPAM)10超薄膜厚度约为132 nm。

而且(LDH/pNIPAM)n超薄膜作为双分子层函数说明一个相似的线性增长,每增加一个LDH/pNIPAM双分子层单元,增大约15 nm。

进一步说,没有分层或剥落发生在薄膜表面,表明薄膜和基底之间存在强烈的吸引力。

LDH和pNIPAM之间的相互作用通过XPS和FTIR技术研究。

在LDH和pNIPAMM通过层层组装组合后,在CoAl−LDH从780.9迁移到781.6eV过程中,Co(2p)结合能表明Co电子密度增长。

相应的,N1s(pNIPAM中-NH)在400.2到399.6 eV过程中结合能增加(图3B),表明N原子电荷密度增加。
