这机器对粉要求高些,第一次加代用粉后会不停的往显影箱里加粉,所以一般换一种牌子的粉就要调整过。

跟25方式关系不大,如果调过了,就先把25里的参数调回去。

要在36方式里调的,先拨掉粉盒下面的加粉插头后复印了再说,显影箱里面至少能印一千多张。

很淡了再插上插头,再拆出鼓组件来搞次大清洁,最重要的是鼓架下面左边的两个传感器,对着鼓的,它们是查测墨粉浓度的,要擦干净。

全部清洁好再装上去调整。

进入36找到里面的感光鼓自动调整。

也就是调电压的下一项(电压是在第一行,这是第二行),点进去有好几个要调,但不难,都是自动调的,把里面有写自动调整的先启动(就是调整)一下,最后调那项叫订书盒什么什么的,应该也是最后一项,它会自动调整6至8分钟,调整完成后会提示你复印十张白纸,照做吧,因为问题就要解决了!印完关机开机

故障检修:打开打印机中的暗扣,取出内存扩充盖及其组件,用螺线刀插入后盖的螺孔内,使后盖脱离挂钩,取出后盖。

将压纸杆的定位杆向中间拨动,使其脱离定位孔,再旋转90度,取出压纸杆。

拧下机座上的两只固定螺丝。

换针方法首先用打印头故障测试程序检查出哪几号针出现故障然后取下色带盒翻开打印头锁定夹从两边捏住打印头散热片即外壳向上提起打印头可以看到连着两根柔性扁平电缆拔去电缆便可拿出打印头用酒精棉球擦洗打印头前面的墨污查看一下是否有缺针情况若是断针则需要进行换针换针时要准备好工具主要有镊子刀片金刚挫钢尺油石和打印头专用夹具一种专门用于拆卸打印头散热片的工具用专用夹具退下散热片可以看到好几层结构将头部朝下松开定位爪取下最上面的后铜盖便可以看到环形分布的12根长针从测试结果区分出断针是长针还是短针然后数出所断长针的位置用镊子取出放在一边如果还有短针断针则继续取出所有长针再用刀片沿中间的黄色铜垫片下方分开露出12根短针用同样方法取出断针继而取下一根好针取长针或短针视所换断针而定用钢尺精确测量该针的长度将新针按所量的尺寸用金钢挫磨好注意将针的头部毛刺磨去后再从原位置插入换好后用手指轻压12根针的尾部使针头从前面探出此时应看到1号针和24号针位有针露出而且各列针与针之间应间隔一孔若有位置插错必须重新调整同时当手指放开后各针都能立即收针保证各针出针畅通只有在确认短针全部到位后才可以安装长针在合上铜座之前还要使每针的定位销入槽将长针层定位孔合上检查没有缝隙便可安装长针了长针只须照着对应孔位置插下去长针自尾部到探出头要经过几道导向槽最上边的槽孔是很容易穿下去的第二道孔稍微难一些只要穿过去针就能顺势而下很容易到达所在位置用拇指压住衔铁针应露出1mm表示换上去的针是好的全部插好后压上后铜盖应无缝隙装好三脚定位爪套上散热片即可上机打印测试 2.打印针线圈故障由于打印头出针动作是依赖于打印针驱动线圈通电后产生磁场吸合或释放衔铁而控制打印针的进退若针驱动线圈烧断开路则相应的打印针就不出针因而造成打印缺点少划若针驱动线圈短路击穿有可能会使整个打印机不工作打印针驱动线圈正常与否一般用万用表的R×1挡测量其直流电阻的方法进行鉴别几种常用打印机的打印头针驱动线圈的直流电阻值参见表1下面以LQ1600K打印机为例为大家介绍一下更换线圈的方法更换线圈时应按照固定的线圈对应关系如图 4 找到坏线圈用小刀切断粘结在线圈架上的明胶再用镊子和电烙铁取出线圈拆下坏线圈时要注意不要将相邻的好线圈碰坏装线圈时应注意线圈的引脚不要和铁壳相碰最后用明胶固定好线圈打印头修好后按照拆卸时的逆顺序将打印头恢复打印针和线圈维修完后先不要急于开机如果打印头中有线圈损坏则需要检查打印机内的驱动三极管V1-V24是否正常24个驱动三极管的外围电路完全一样所以在正常情况下测每只三极管的静态在线参数是很接近的在打印机断电的情况下用万用表测量各驱动管的b-ec-e之间的电阻就能判断驱动管是否有问题如果驱动管中有损坏仍会烧坏驱动线圈 LQ-1600K打印机故障维修实例故障现象一台LQ-1600K打印机打印表格时字车电机不时发出咔咔的响声字车的起始位置逐渐右移以致造成字车碰撞右墙同时字车电机异常发烫故障维修先用万用表检测字车电机线圈绕组的电阻值未发现异常接着测量字车电机静态锁定电压发现竟高达14V比正常值5V高出许多静态锁定电压过高必然增加电机线圈绕组中流过的电流致使电机发烫而且由于工作时驱动电压与锁定电压之间的电位差减小驱动能力下降使电机失步造成字车撞墙根据LQ-1600K打印机驱动电路的工作原理可知字车电机的驱动高压与锁定低压之间的切换是由STK6722H芯片完成的为了能快速准确地判断故障部位本人借助一台能正常工作的同型号打印机对STK6722H芯片进行了对比检测有关数据见下表以10脚为参考端测量中发现正常机与故障机的5613141718脚的阻值差异较大它们都是专用门阵列E05A09BA的输出端由于字车电机的相序信号锁定信号都是来自E05A09BA 14 750 6200 15 780 790 16 750 770 17 750 3000 18 400 0 故障现象使用自动装退纸时压纸杆不能抬起造成卡纸故障维修LQ-1600K打印机是由CPU控制两个三极管的导通/关闭以驱动压纸杆电磁铁吸合或释放来完成该功能的参见附图经测量发现Q36烧断该管为D1981 1810 因市场难以买到同型号三极管经查阅资料后用一录像机用电源管D1275代换故障排除另外该打印针驱动三极管也是采用的D1981 1810 如损坏时也可用D1275进行代换故障现象一台LQ-1600K打印机只能打印西文字符不能打印中文字符故障维修从打印结果看西文完全正确而中文都打成了西文考虑到西文只占用了数据线的7位 D0~D6 而中文字符则要用第8位数据线D7来表示怀疑故障出在与并行口数据线D7相关的电路部分分析电路图见附图打印机并行接口由一片M54610P9 5A 完成8位数据和接口信号的输入输出用示波器测M54610P的第11和第29脚 D7的输入输出脚无脉冲信号怀疑该芯片损坏更换一片M54610P后再试故障依旧用万用表测D7对地电阻为0Ω而从电路图看D7除了与M54610P相连外还与74LS076 6B 的8脚和CPU μPD7810 7B 的18脚相连割断74LS07的8脚再测D7对地电阻发现短路依旧看来是CPU μ7810的18脚内部对地短路所故由于CPU价格昂贵且更换不便考虑到18脚是用于串行通讯在LQ-1600K中并未起作用试着割断CPU的18脚发现D7对地不再短路开机打印中文文稿正常故障排。

爱普生7725维修手册主要原因分析:打印机所处的环境温度过低:冬季寒冷干燥,打印机工作在干燥和温度比较低的环境中,会使打印机字车导轨上的润滑油的润滑效果减弱,字车在导轨上移动时摩擦阻力增大,易出现打印头撞击的现象;灰尘过多:冬季风沙较大,过多的尘土落入打印机,导致字车在导轨上摩擦阻力增大,出现打印头撞击的现象;打印机内部有异物:特别是对于新购买的打印机,用户对打印机不是很了解,包装材料没有完全被去除掉,最容易出现这种现象。

爱普生7725打印机喷嘴检查所打的斜条图案中的每一条小横线代表一个喷嘴,当有缺线时,好些人以为是堵头了。

其实绝大部分情况仅仅是发生断线,产生断线的原因很多,如换墨盒、加墨水、长期不用等等,通常能通过做"打印头清洗"即可解决。

如何判断是堵头了还是断线:若每次清洗后,图案中缺线位置没有变化,总是在固定的位置缺线,表明是该喷嘴堵住了。

若缺线的位置是变化的,则不是堵头而是断线。

在更换墨盒时(或加墨水后)有断线是正常的。

一般清洗一、二次全好,而且是每次清洗断线都会减少(注意:两次清洗时间最好间隔20分钟以上)。

使用中出现断线,如果越清洗断线越多,则是墨盒中的墨水没有了,这是应立即更换墨盒或填充墨水。

柯美7272、7155、7165、HP9055、9065复印机漏粉解决办法-绝对管用漏粉的话,最大的嫌疑就是粉不好,现在就推荐两种粉:都是袋装的,一种是黄色的包装的,就是下边有个脚,打开就可以立起来的,这种粉广州很多人做,还有一种就是银白色包装的,上面贴的牌子是米蓝(米兰),不晓得谁做的。

那种黄色包装的确实很给力,不漏粉,没异味,而且浓度很黑,如果漏的是载体的话,用手一摸,会有沙粒的感觉,是充电架上边飘粉导致充电架漏电,就会导致漏载体,载体老化了也会导致漏粉的。

其实只要粉好一点,调不调下粉量都无关紧要,但是还是给出以下几种下粉量调法仅供参考。

只要碳粉好,基本上你调个标准就可以高枕无忧啦。

1、按P键不放,等几秒钟后复印界面出现英文是要出现在复印界面哪个英文,输入密码9272密码后,再按复印件,这样就进入维修模式,里面25、36、47,或打开电源时直接按25、36、47这样就单独进行你想要的维修模式,按25就进行25,按36就进行36,按47就进行47。

2、复印时颜色变淡进入25模式调下粉量,进放25模式,后会出现英文,按第一排的英文,就会出现好多——好多,点——前面在复印数字键输入数字,如00——00,复印时颜色变淡05——0;05——1 05——2;05——3;23——2;23——3这每项后面都有0和1两个数字,要加深都调成0。

3、清洁了充电架或废粉或复印有横杆后,要进入36模式,进入36模式后,出现英文,点第一排英文后,又出现英文,这时点第二排的英文,会出1-10项,这时不要点第1项会把鼓弄坏,点第2项,进入2项后会出现startr的英文,点startr会运行几秒,复印机不转了,再点RETURN,反回键面,又运行第3项,也是同样的,运行第4项时,会出现英文,最下面一排有三个英文,点当中的COPXSCREEN,进行复印界面,选择任务一个纸的尺寸复印一张,这时就要同时按复印键盘上的P和C,进入运行界面,选择第5项,5项方法和4项相同,6、7项不能运行,运行第8、9机方法同1、2、3项相同,第10项,点10项会出现英文,点当中的英文strat,会转几分钟,不转了,最下面会出现一排英文,点当中的COPXCREEN进行复印界面,选
择纸张按复印键,这时复印10张后,关电源开机就好。

4、无纸运行模式,按36出现英文,按第3排英文,再按3排英文,反到复印界面,选择纸张,数入数量,这时复印只是复印动作,不会出现。

5、显影偏压时,复印会淡,就时进行36调整,点第一排英文,再点第一排英文,会出HV开关的英文1-8项,5项是转印,调高了过纸会卡在定影器处,太低字不是怎么黑,6项是调显影偏压,调高后字会加深加黑,但不能调得太高,如出有黑杆了就相应减点,看复印的东西凭感觉调。

6、换了新载体要运行47里面的,进入47按1再,这是碳粉瓶运行,按红色停止键就停止了,再按56这是强制下粉,按复印键这是加粉,运行40秒左右,按红色停止键就停止了,再按50这是换载体和加粉后调整载体和粉的比例,按复印键运行1-2分钟左右,按红色停止键就停止了。

7、换了载体要先运行47里面的后再运行36里面1-10里面的东西。

记不到哪么多,要看机器才知道。

还有记数清零等。

零件设置了数量,到了哪个数量就会停止复印出现代码就清零。

如漏粉严重跟载体有关,换包新的载体会不漏粉和载体。
