Keep the power cord away from water and other liquids and never touch the powercord with wet hands. Touching a wet power cord with your hands or touching the power cord with wet hands may result in electric shock.5. Never install the camera in areas exposed to oil, gas or solvents.Oil, gas or solvents may result in equipment failure, electric shock or, in extreme cases, fire.6. CleaningFor cameras with interchangeable lenses, do not touch the surface of the sensor directly with the hands. Use lens tissue or a cotton tipped applicator and ethanol to clean thesensor and the camera lens. Use a damp soft cloth to remove any dirt from the camerabody. Please do not use complex solvents, corrosive or abrasive agents for cleaning of any part of the camera.7. Do not operate the camera beyond the specified temperature, humidity or powersource ratings. This camera is suitable for indoor and outdoor operation. Use thecamera at temperatures within -40°C~50°C (-40°F~122°F)and in an IP66 compliantenvironment; this device is not rated as submersible. The input power source is 12VDC.The use of properly fused or Class 2 power limited type supplies is highlyrecommended.8. MountingUse care in selecting a solid mounting surface which will support the weight of the camera plus any wind, snow, ice or other loading, and securely attach the camera to the mounting surface using screws and anchors which will properly support the camera. Daily MaintenancePlease shut down the device and then unplug the power cable before you begin daily maintenance work.Do not touch the CCD (CMOS) optic component. You can use the blower to clean the dust on the lens surface.Always use the dry soft cloth to clean the device. If there is too much dust, please use the water to dilute the mild detergent first and then use it to clean the device. Finally use the dry cloth to clean the device.Please put the dustproof cap to protect the CCD (CMOS) component when you do not use the camera.Dome enclosure is the optical component, do not touch the enclosure when you are installing the device or clean the enclosure when you are doing maintenance work. Please use professional optical clean method to clean the enclosure. Improper enclosure clean method (such as use cloth) may result in poor IR effect of camera with IR function.7. Both beam paths are seperated by using a beam splitter. The autocollimator is a very sensitive angle measuring device and is thus used for the precise angular adjustment of optical or machine components. Due to the collimated beam (infinity adjustment) the measurement results are independent from the distance to the object under test.In an electronic autocollimator the eyepiece is replaced by an electronic camera with discrete sensor pixels (e.g. CCD or CMOS sensor type). It can be of a 2D frame type allowing angular measurements in two directions, or a 1D line scan sensor for single axis measurements. The digital camera is usually connected to a PC which calculates the measured angle from the image by using image analysis software. The high resolution of electronic autocollimators is due to the evaluation of gray scale levels in the image which allows for sub pixel interpolation of the image position. 〈综述与评论〉InGaAs短波红外探测器研究进展张卫锋,张若岚,赵鲁生,胡 锐,史衍丽(昆明物理研究所,云南 昆明650023)摘要:In x Ga1-x As材料属于Ⅲ-Ⅴ族化合物半导体合金材料,随In组分含量的不同,其光谱响应的截止波长可在0.87~3.5μm范围内变化,并具有高量子效率,加之成熟的MBE和MOVCD材料生长方式,很容易获得大面积高质量的外延材料,InGaAs材料因此成为一种重要的短波红外探测材料。

InGaAs探测器可以在室温或近室温下工作,且具有较高的灵敏度和探测率,是小型化、低成本和高可靠性的短波红外探测系统的最佳选择,因此InGaAs短波红外探测器获得了飞速的发展和广泛的应用。

同时对国内外InGaAs焦平面探测器发展状况和趋势进行了介绍。

They produce crisp thermal images of 320 x 240 pixel and detects temperature differences as small as 50 mK. They come with a built-in 25° lens with motorized focus. Other fields of view are available.Stream MPEG-4 video over Ethernet to show live images on a PC. 640x480 with overlay up to 30 Hz. Due both to the smaller baudgap and to interface defects resulting from the lattice mismatch, "long wavelength" InGaAs photodiodes have considerably higher dark currents than those fabricated from the lattice-matched alloy. For a variety of reasons, likely dominated by greater alloy stability under processing conditions, lnGaAs photodiode arrays tend to have lower (Jalt currents than HgCdTe arrays with similar long wavelength cutoffs.

2. InGaAs FPAS 2.1 Why InGaAs?
Figure 1 shows the bandgap vs. lattice constants of alloys of some common ffl-V semiconductors.3 Of interest here is the InAs/GaAs ternary system whose bandgaps span 035 eV (3.5 jim) for InAs to 1.43 eV (0.87p.m) for GaAs. The alloy In33Ga47As has a bandgap of 0.73 eV (1.7 tim) and has the same room temperature lattice constant as In?. This lattice match minimizes the defect density at the Ln33Ga47ASfInP interface and lends itself to devices with room temperature dark current densities of order 100 nA/cm2.
The 1-3 jnn band (SWIR) is ofrecent interest for many commercial and industrial as well as military applications. Of particular interest has been fiberoptic communications. Optical fibers exhibit a minimum in their absorption at 1.55 jim and indium gallium arsenide technology has dramatically advanced to service this need. In particular, In53Ga.47As is sensitive out to 1.7 j.un, is lattice-matched to indium phosphide substrates, and has particulanly high performance for optoelectronic applications.1'2 In this paper, we describe a camera based on a 128x128 pixel Inj3Ga47As focal plane aiTay. The camera
has very high sensitivity (D 1013 4H/W - or "Jones") with the focal plane array held at room temperature. It
is an attractive choice for applications requiring low cost ruggedness, and a lack of laboratory services such as cooling water or cryogenic liquids.

the mean detectivity of the FPA, D*pk, exceeded 1013 4HfW and increased to 3.5x1014 cm4HzfW when cooled to 230K. Potential applications for this wavelength band are discussed.
1. INTRODUCTION
During the past 20 years, there has been dramatic progress in staring focal plane arrays used in a wide vanety of consumer, commercia] industrial, and militaiy applications. Applications tend to be divided by wavelength band which is often dictated by the availability of sensor material technologies. Silicon CCDs, for example, cover the visible band (and the shortest wavelengths of the near infrared) and are used extensively in applications ranging from consumer video camcorders through medical and astronomical imaging and optical speciroscopy.
At longer wavelengths, most activity has centered on the 3-5 jim (MWIR) and the 8-12 jim (LWIR) bands. The application is primarily thermal imaging. Development has been driven by the militaly, and these bands have been identified because they represent minima in atmospheric absorption.

ABSTRACT
A useful parameter is "RØA", the product of the zero-bias resistance and the Fig. 1 . Cutoff wavelengths and lattice constants for ffl-V compound photodiode active area.5 Table 1 compares semiconductors. this parameter for InGaAs and HgCdTe two dimensional photodiode arrays for a variety of cutoff wavelengths and temperatures. For 1.7 jim material, RØA of InGaAs is 3 orders of magnitude higher than that of HgCdTe. This is a direct result of its lattice-matched structure which does not occur with HgCdTe. For longer wavelengths, InGaAs is no longer lattice matched to its substrate, yet its RØA continues to be an order of magnitude higher than that of HgCdTe.
