superhzh2006-10-12 10:34谢谢斑竹，还有两个问题请教一下：1.SPACE WIDTH（齿槽宽）和TOOTH THICKNESS（齿厚）是否可以互相转换，在花键参数中只要知道一个另外一个尺寸就可以换算出来是吗？2.BETWEEN PINS（棒间距）和OVER PINS 意思是否一样，但我在金山词霸里查到的意思是测量用滚柱，请帮忙解释一下，谢谢！zhouzhihui2006-10-12 11:15 齿槽宽通常是针对内花键,齿厚仅针对外花键,两者不可以互换(一般情况下如此,但国外图纸也有用同一种称呼);between pins与over pins的意思是一样的,外花键为"跨棒距",内花键为"棒间距"superhzh2006-10-12 12:08 我对照了图纸，确实是这样，真是茅塞顿开，谢谢五楼的朋友！dylackman2006-10-12 12:09 楼上说得对,我个人认为between pins解为"棒间距",over pins解为"跨棒距"较为合理,但是看了不少老外的图纸,基本上混着用,只要意思明白了,就没必要咬文嚼字了.superhzh2006-10-12 15:58既然大家谈了这么多关于花键的话题，我就在抛砖引玉，问一些行家认为很浅显的问题：1.花键做出来之后之后一般采用什么量具去测量，是否用参数中的量棒就能测出，如果可以有怎么测呢2.另外有一款产品图纸又让我迷惑不已，产品中出现了外花键和齿轮，外花键为HELICAL INVOLUTE SPLINE，应该是螺旋渐开线花键，但是其参数有没有FORM DIA.这个值，又多出了TWIST（PITCH DIA.）和LEAD（PITCH DIA.）两个参数，真是一头雾水！我将图纸贴出来供大家参考一下，PDF文件。
