SPECIFICATION FOR FORGED STEEL ROLLS USEDFOR CORRUGATINGSA-649/SA-649M(Identical with ASTM Specification A649/A649M-94a.)1.Scope1.1This specification covers two kinds of rolls usedin machinery for producing corrugated paperboard.Rollsare fabricated of forged bodies and trunnions.Thetrunnions may be bolted or shrink assembled on oneor both ends of the body.A seal weld may be madeat the body/trunnion interface.Roll shells are madeof carbon/manganese,or low alloy steel as herein-after described,and are heat treated prior to assembly.Pressure rolls are surface hardened.Provision is madein supplementary requirement S1for the optional surfacehardening of corrugating rolls.1.2Corrugating and pressure rolls made to thisspecification shall not exceed18in.[455mm]in insidediameter.The wall thickness of the roll body shall notbe less than1/12of the inside diameter or1in.[25mm],whichever is greater,but shall not exceed3in.[75mm].The wall thickness of the corrugating rollis measured at the bottom of the corrugations in thelocation of the trunnionfit.The maximum operatingtemperature of the roll is425°F[225°C]and themaximum allowable working pressure is250psi[1.70MPa].The minimum design temperature shall be40°F[4°C].The maximum stresses on the roll bodies andthe trunnions from the combined internal and externalloading are limited to15000psi[103.4MPa]for thetrunnions,18750psi[129MPa]for the Class2pressureroll bodies,and20000psi[138MPa]for Class1A,1B,or5pressure roll or corrugating roll bodies inGrade1or2.1.3Referring to Table1,material to Classes1A,1B,or5shall be used for the manufacture of corrugatingor pressure roll shells,and Class2shall be used only1117for pressure roll shells.Trunnions shall be made fromforgings in either Class3or Class4.1.4The values stated in either inch-pound units orSI[metric]units are to be regarded separately asstandards.Within the text and tables,the SI units areshown in brackets.The values stated in each systemare not exact equivalents;therefore,each system mustbe used independent of the bining valuesfrom the two systems may result in nonconformancewith the specification.1.5Unless the order specifies the applicable“M”specification designation,the material shall be furnishedto the inch-pound units.1.6Except as specifically required in this standard,all of the provisions of Specification additional ordering information given in Specification A788shall be specified as necessary to describe adequately the desired material.4.Materials and Manufacture4.1Forging Process:4.1.1Roll body forgings may be made as solid forgings and subsequently bored.4.1.2Trunnions or gudgeons which are to be subsequently assembled to form the roll shall be madeas a solid forging or where practical upset from segmentscut from billets or bars.4.2Heat Treatment:4.2.1Heat Treatment for Mechanical Properties (Requirements do not apply to surface treatment.):4.2.1.1Machining—The forged roll body shall have all surfaces rough machined,including boring, prior to heat treatment for mechanical properties.4.2.1.2Roll bodies shall be normalized,liquid quenched,and tempered to produce the required me-chanical properties,except that for Class2forgings, and when Grade2strength requirements are specified,a normalize and temper heat treatment may be applied.4.2.1.3The trunnions shall be normalized and tempered or annealed to produce the required mechani-cal properties.4.2.2Surface Hardening of Pressure Roll Forg-ings—The working face of pressure rolls shall be surface hardened either before or afterfitting the trun-nions,at the manufacturer’s option.4.3Assembly and Weld—Except for integrally forged or bolted-on trunnions,the assembly shall be made by shrinkfitting trunnions into the prepared body ends.If used,welding of the trunnion to the roll bodyis restricted to a3⁄8in.(9.5mm)max.seal weld,made with low hydrogen materials.A minimum preheat of 400°F(205°C)and a minimum postweld heat treatmentof850°F(455°C)for8h shall be used.The maximum post weld heat treatment shall be not higher than t−50°F(t−28°C)where t is thefinal tempering temperature.All welds shall be machined or ground for thefinal magnetic particle examination.11185.Chemical Composition5.1The steel shall conform to the requirements for chemical composition prescribed in Table1.5.2Method of Analysis—Test Methods E30shall be used for referee purposes.6.Mechanical Properties6.1Tensile Requirements:6.1.1The material shall conform to the require-ments for tensile properties prescribed in Table2when tested in accordance with Test Methods and Definitions A370.Tension test specimens shall be the standard round1⁄2in.[12.5mm]diameter,2in.[50mm]gage length.The yield strength prescribed in Table2shall be determined by the0.2%offset method.6.1.1.1Tests for acceptance shall be made after the heat treatment of the forgings,for mechanical properties in accordance with4.2.1.6.1.2Number,Location,and Orientation of Test Specimens:6.1.2.1Roll Body Forgings—A full-size prolon-gation shall be provided on a roll body forging represent-ing each heat of steel in each heat-treatment furnace charge.One longitudinal tension test specimen shall be taken from the prolongation and the axis of the specimen shall be located midway between the inner and outer surfaces of the wall body.6.1.2.2Trunnions—Test material shall be provided from each heat of steel in each heat-treatment furnace charge.One longitudinal tension specimen shall be taken from each test piece and the axis of the specimen shall be located at any point midway between the center and surface of the solid forging.6.2Hardness:6.2.1Roll body forgings shall have a Brinell hardness from352HB to415HB(Grade1)or207 HB to285HB(Grade2).No less than three hardness determinations shall be made on each roll.The hardness readings are to be taken on the outside of the roll bodies using care to prepare locations for tests that are free of decarburization but not so deep as to affect the usefulness of the material.6.2.2The surface hardened pressure roll body forgings shall have a hardness of58HRC to65HRC or equivalent.No less than three hardness determinations shall be made on each roll.The hardness depth shall not exceed1⁄4[6mm].PART A—FERROUS MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS SA-649/SA-649M7.Retreatment7.1If the results of the mechanical tests of any forging do not conform to the specified requirements,the manufacturer may retreat the forging one or more times,but not more than three additional times without approval of the purchaser.8.Magnetic Particle Examination8.1The entire surface of the roll including the seal weld area shall be examined by a wet continuous method in accordance with Test Method A275/A 275M after machining or grinding.The use of prodsis not permitted.8.2Only indications with major dimensions greater than1⁄8in[3.2mm]are considered relevant.8.3Acceptance Standards—The following relevant indications are unacceptable:8.3.1Any linear indications greater than3⁄16in. [4.8mm]long.8.3.2Rounded indications greater than3⁄16in. 电池型号规格电池的型号在型号表示符号上碱性电池的第一个字母是“L”,例如LR6,表示5号碱性电池,LR03表示碱性7号电池,上面的“R6”、“R03”分表示5号和7号电池,前面的“L”即表示碱性电池的意思;高能碱性锌锰电池----如LR6、LR03等,该类电池采用专用电解二氧化锰做正极材料,负极为粒状锌粉,电液采用氢氧化钾溶液,电池外壳是镀镍钢壳,不参与电化学反应。

电池容量是同尺寸普通电池的3-7倍,且可以大电流连续放电,具有耐漏液性能好的特点,是各方面性能最优的锌锰电池。

通常又被称为碱锰或碱性电池。

一般分为:1、2、3、5、7号,其中5号和7号尤为常用,所谓的AA电池就是5号电池,而AAA电池就是7号电池!AA、AAA都是说明电池型号的。
