实习报告

实习是大学教育最后一个极为重要的实践性教学环节。通过实习，使我们在社会实践中接触与本专业相关的实际工作，增强感性认识，培养和锻炼我们综合运用所学的基础理论、基本技能和专业知识，去独立分析和解决实际问题的能力，把理论和实践结合起来，提高实践动手能力，为我们毕业后走上工作岗位打下一定的基础;同时可以检验教学效果，为进一步提高教育教学质量，培养合格人才积累经验，并为自己能顺利与社会环境接轨做准备。

怀着难以诉说的心情以及对教师这个神圣职业的向往，我来到了实习目的地——XXX 中学。这是XX市的一所普通中学，设有初中和高中部，由于这是我的母校，我有着特殊的感情和亲切感。在之后的一个月里，我在这里收获一段快乐而难忘的时光。我不仅从各个老师和学生们的身上学到了很多东西，而且和他们成为朋友，更重要的是，我在实习过程中感觉所学的到东西远远要比四年里在校园里学到的更丰富、更精彩，这些东西都是课本上学不到的。正所谓“实践出真知”啊，实践中收获到的远比书本来得真切和实在。

我在这一个月实习中的主要工作是英语课堂教学和协助班主任老师管理班级。英语教学和日常管理的对象是高一的两个班。

英语教学方面：由于高一新生刚从初中升上来,而且大部分是从农村来的,底子薄，基础差，大多数学生存在偏科问题，尤其是英语成绩特别跟不上并且对英语学习失去了信心。针对这些特殊情况，在和杨老师商量了之后，我决定先从培养学生的兴趣着手。还记得第一次走进高一三班的教室，虽然告诉过自己很多遍不要紧张，但还是心跳加速，脸颊绯红。我首先做了自我介绍，当同学们得知我是从这个学校毕业的时候，也多了一份亲切感，我不再是高高在上的老师，而是亲近的学姐。在这样的环境中，我也慢慢不那么紧张了，和同学们轻松地交流互动。为了让大多数基础差的同学不惧怕英语而是慢慢喜欢上英语，我在第一节课上并没有讲英语课本上的知识，而是讲了几个简单易懂的英文笑话，在本堂课快要结束的时候，我给同学们放了一首欢快的英文歌曲。就这样在轻松愉快的氛围中结束了我实习的第一堂课。在接下来的一个月时间里，我都是在讲课本知识的同时穿插一些笑话或在同学们学倦了的情况下放首好听的英文歌曲。虽然一个月的时间并不长，但很多同学的确有了变化，从第一堂课的心不在焉到最后一堂课的津津有味。看着他们的变化，有喜悦也有伤感，为他们的进步高兴，但同时我也知道距离开他们的时间越来越近了。

班级管理方面：通过这次实习我深刻了解了班主任是班级工作的组织者、管理者和策划者,也是学校管理的中间力量和骨干分子,对良好班风和校风的形成起到举足轻重的作用。作为一个班主任又怎样使自已的工作上台阶、上水平、上档次呢?实习期间协助班主任工作,我有这样一个认识,班主任对学生的思想教育工作,实质上是一个与学生实行心理沟通的过程,只有真正了解了学生的内心世界,做到有的放矢,方法得当,才能达到教师对学生的成长提供帮助指导、学生对教师的工作给予配合支持的目的,从而收到好的教育效果。要成为一名合格的班主任，要细心、耐心和有责任心。作为班级管理者，要善于分析学生的心理，针对不同性格的学生采用不同的方法，这样才能收到好的效果。

实习的经历虽然已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，因为那是我充满挑战和希望的开始!实习虽然结束了，但实习的意义是深远的。通过实习我学到了许多课本上学不到的东西。我对教学工作有了更进一步的认识。教师工作平凡见伟大，培养学生的工作神圣而又艰辛。教育教学实习是我为今后从教所迈出的第一步，它给我未来的教师生涯添上了浓重而精彩的一笔。在教师这个工作岗位上，我将脚踏实地一步步走下去,为教育事业作出自己的一点贡献。

Practice is the last very important practical teaching link of university education. Through the practice, we can contact the actual work related to our major, enhance the perceptual knowledge, train and exercise our ability of independent analysis and solving practical problems, combine theory with practice and improve the practical ability to providing a foundation for us after the graduation on jobs ; At the same time, it can test the teaching effect, accumulate experience to improve the education quality of teaching and train talents, and make preparation for us to get used to the social environment.

With complicated feeling and the yearning to the profession, I came to my practice destination---XX No. X High School. This is a common school in XX, including middle school and high school. I have a special feeling and kindness, because this is my alma mater. I have harvested a happy and memorable time in the following month. I have not only learned many things from each teacher and the students, but also be friends with them. What‘s more, I feel what I have learned during the practice is far more exciting and richer than what we have learned on the campus. There are something we can’t get from text book. It’s so-called "knowledge comes from practice", what we get from practice is far more true and real from book.

My main job in this month is to practice English classroom teaching and assist the head teacher Mr. X in charge of the class. The object of English teaching and daily management is two classes of freshmen.

On English teaching: Because the students just came up from junior high school and the most of them came from the countryside, most of them are weak foundation, no balance on learning which make them can’t keep up with others even lost confidence on English learning. According to these special cases, after discussed with Mr. Yang, I decided to cultivate the interest of the students first. Still remember the first time when I walked into the classroom of class three. Although told myself many times don't be nervous, still heart beat faster, flushed cheeks. At first I introduced myself, when students learned that I gratitude from this school, they become much kindness. I am no longer a high-flying teacher, but close elder sister. In this environment, I also become not so nervous slowly, then have communication and interaction with students. In order to make most of the students who have a weak foundation not to fear English but really like English, in the first class I didn't teach English textbook knowledge, but told a few simple English joke. When the class is going to end, I put the students a happy English song. In a relaxed atmosphere, I finished my first class during practice. In the coming month, I will interwoven some jokes with knowledge learning or put a good English song when students learn tiredly. Although a month is not a long time, but many students have changed, from the absent-minded first lesson to the relish last class. Watching them change, there are joy and sad. Happy for their progress, but at the same time I also know that the leaving time getting closer.

On class managing: Through this practice I have a deep understanding of that the teacher in charge is the organizers, managers and the mastermind of the class work, also the management power of the school and the core member of the youth and t play an important role on the formation of the good school spirit.
