有关厕所半自动冲水阀安装方法总结

说明：在安装一个东西前，尤其是一个没有安装过的东西之前，首先需要观察，如结构，功能，动作原理等。有大致的了解后就可以动手安装了。

说明：所谓半自动，就是手动启动开水，自动复位关水。手动推动后，水龙头被打开，同时弹簧被压缩，水开始放，也就是开始冲厕所，松开手后，在水的推动力和内部弹簧的恢复力下（这两个力方向一致）带动被推开的阀门，逐渐关闭，此期间延时一定时间，为冲水时间，最后自动关闭阀门，完成冲厕所任务。

下面开始介绍维修过程和注意事项：

1.首先关上总闸，拆下旧的水龙头：

A、先将上部卡紧螺母松开；

B、再将下部卡紧螺母松开；

C、将水管抬起一点，取出冲水阀。

2、换上新的冲水阀；

A、将水管抬起一点，放入冲水阀。

B、先将上部卡紧螺母锁紧；

C、再将下部卡紧螺母锁紧；

D、打开总开关，检查OK即可。

3、注意事项：若安装方法不对，会不好安装的。安装的关键点为C步骤：

具体方法是：分别将螺母，垫圈套入下部连接管，然后将垫圈螺母套好成一体，最后将

其上推到水阀螺纹处顺时针锁紧。

Notes: Before we fix up anything，especially something that we haven’t fixed up，we should observe about the structure, the function, the principle. and understand it an we can start to fixed it up.

Remark: the semi-automatic what we called is that open by hand but automatically close not by hand. When we push the switch and the penstock is open, at the same time the spring which is in the penstock is compressed and now the water going through it and starting to clear the WC. And then after you loose you hand, under the power which is from the water pushing and the compressed spring, the switch is closed slowly so that there is properly and enough time to wash the WC. And the time is the working time then finally the switch is close all and finish the washing WC function.

And the process of repairing as follows:

remove the broken penstock:

A、loose the nut upon;

B、l oose the nut underside;

C、P

2、fix on the new penstock；

B、lock the nut upon;

C、lock the nut underside;

D、Open the main switch.

3、point for attention：

If the method of fixing up is wrong, it will be very difficult to finish. The important point is step C.

And the material fix :method: you should put the qasket into the nut and then push it up to reach the screw thread and turn it around the nut clockwise to lock at last.
