191、AEM260系列流量积算仪简介AEM260系列积算仪采用数码显示,可与涡街、电磁、差压计、涡轮等传感器配套,有A、B、C、D、E﹑H等型号,如下所述:260A型-具有温度压力补偿、小信号切除功能、可选择带4-20mA输出或RS-485 通讯260B型-热量差积算仪260C型-除具有AEM260A的所有功能外,并配置微型打印机260D型-简易型,只有显示,无温压补偿功能260E型-多路模拟量输入(8路);260F型-多路脉冲量输入(8路);260H型-热量积算仪2、如何使用面板接键AEM260系列流量积算仪使用前都要进行一些简单的设定,通过下面三个面板按键操作1、在显示状态下,按此键可查看瞬时流量(测热量时查看瞬时热量)2、在设定状态下,按此键可将光标闪烁处数左移一位3、要进入参数设定状态,先按累计键接着同时按此键,接着同时按此键1、显示状态下,按此键可循环查看相关显示内容(指流量、频率、温度、压力、时间、日期等)2、设定状态下,按此键可将光标闪烁处数字加1,不断按此键,数字将从小数点、一杠、0、1到9变动3、要进入功能设定状态时,先按此键接着同时按累计键,反之退出则是先按累计键接着同时按此键1、在显示状态下,按此键可查看累计流量值2、在设定状态下,按此键表示确认并且可进行屏幕翻屏进入下一步设定3、要进入设定状态时,须配合其它2个按键注1:在按键设定过程中若半分钟内无其它任何按键操作,则仪表自动退回到显示状态。

A moment of inattention while operating the Impact Wrench may result in serious personal injury. ·Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing, dangling objects, or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving parts. Air vents often cover moving parts and should be avoided.·Use safety apparel and equipment. Use safety goggles or safety glasses with side shields which comply with current national standards, or when needed, a face shield. Use as dust mask in dusty work conditions. This applies to all persons in the work area. Also use non-skid safety shoes, hardhat, gloves, dust collection systems, and hearing protection when appropriate.·Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.·Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before connecting to the power supply or turning on the tool. A wrench or key that is left attached to a rotating part of the tool may result in personal injury.·Do not force the tool. Pneumatic tools do a better and safer job when used in the manner for which they are designed. Plan your work, and use the correct tool for the job.·Never use a tool with a malfunctioning switch.Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired by an authorized service representative before using. ·Disconnect air supply from tool and place the switch in the locked or off position before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.·Secure work with clamps or a vise instead of your hand to hold work when practical. This safety precaution allows for proper tool operation using both hands.·Store idle tools.children. Inspect tools for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use.·Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model.Accessories that may be suitable for one tool may create a risk of injury when used on another tool.·Keep guards in place and in working order.·Never leave tool running unattended.·USE COMPRESSED AIR ONLY. Use clean, dry and regulated compressed air at no more than ___PSI to power this tool. Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide or any other bottled gas as a power source for this tool.TOOL SET UPFig. 1 (Above) shows an optimal set-up that includes an inline filter, regulator and oiler. All of these components are sold separately through Northern Tool + Equipment.NOTE: If you are not using an automatic oiler system, before operation, add a few drops of Pneumatic Tool Oil to the airline connection. Add a few drops more after an hour of continual use.1. Prepare the 3/8in. air nipple to connect to the air inlet on the air drill. First, wrap the 1/4in.air nipple with pipe thread seal tape (not included) before threading it into the inlet.Connect the 3/8in. I.D. air hose (not included) to a quick-disconnect coupler (not included)and then to the air nipple.2. Turn on the air pressure on your compressor to 90 PSI. Do not exceed the recommendedair pressure of 90 PSI.3. Check the air connection for leaks.AIR SUPPLYWARNING: Ensure the air supply is clean and does not exceed 90 PSI while operating the tool. Too much air pressure and unclean air will shorten the product life due to excessive wear, and may cause damage and/or personal injury.1. Make sure that the air valve (or trigger) is in the “off” position before connecting to the airsupply.2. An air pressure of 90 PSI is required.3. Drain the air tank daily. Water in the airline can damage the tool.4. Clean the air inlet filter weekly.5. Line pressure should be increased to compensate for longer air hoses (over 26 feet or 8meters). The hose diameter should be 3/8in. I.D.6. Keep the hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check the hose for wear and makecertain that all connections are secure.MAINTENANCEWARNING: Make sure the Impact Wrench is disconnected from its power source before attempting any maintenance, cleaning, or inspection.·Maintain your Impact Wrench. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your Impact Wrench in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the recommended procedures found in this manual. If any abnormal vibrations or noise occurs, turn the Impact Wrench off immediately and have the problem corrected before further use. Have necessary repairs made by qualified service personnel.·Keep all cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. ·Cleaning. Use only soap and a damp cloth to clean your Impact Wrench. Many household cleaners are harmful to plastics and other insulation. 2、状态显示与操作机组通电后显示如下界面:5秒后显示以下主界面:按“▼”进入以下菜单选择界面:a、运行参数查看按“▲”或“▼”移动黑色滚动条到“运行参数”菜单后,按确认键“◆”后弹出下一级菜单:再按“◆”弹出如为最后一级菜单,界面不会出现黑色滚动条,按返回键“C”返回上级菜单或主界面。

如在某一界面停止操作,数秒钟后自动返回主界面。

用“▲”、“▼”移动键、确认键“S”和返回键“C”根据上述方法可完全观察到运行时间、本次运行时间、维护参数、历史故障、出厂日期、现场故障等运行参数并返回到上级菜单。

auma matic的结构及其功能说明带auma matic的电动执行器由如下部分组成:执行器基本出力部分auma norm 安装在执行器基本部分上的可编程点机一体化控制单元auma matic 将电机一体化控制单元与电动执行器组合到一起有以下几种优点:与普通的不带控制单元的执行器的布线相比由于大大简化了现场的布线工作量,因此可以节约大量的费用。

由于继电器不是安装在遥远的电气控制柜中,因此在扭矩开关或行程开关被侵压以后电机会立刻停止转动不会产生过长的延时。

可以被轻易而灵活地组合到各种各样的过程控制系统中或者组合到一个标准化的现场总线系统中,例如:profibus-fms,profibus-dp,interbus-s或modbus-rtu。

电机一体化控制单元auma matic由以下几个模块组成:用于控制电机电源的换向接触器。

操作和信号电路板-带有初级熔断器,和用于将现场按扭发出的控制命令传递到电子电路的继电器;应客户的要求还可带上做为任选件的指示灯。

接口板-带有用于隔离内部信号和外部信号之间电位差的光电隔离器,继电器和发光二极管指示灯。

以smd技术设计的路基板-其上装有c-mos场效应管。

它提供了对内部信号和开关信号之间的连接进行编程以及用dip开关设定电机控制的可能性。

连接执行其本身auma norm和电机一体化控制单元auma matic的auma插拔式电气连接器。

为用户接线而提供的auma插拔电气连接器。

带有现场/远程选择器电机控制单元供电用的电源供应单元。

电机一体化控制单元auma matio的模块化设计结构使得对其配置的修改变得非常容易。

在不带一体化控制单元得执行器(auma norm)上的auma插拔式电器连接器与电机一体化控制单元(auma matic)上的电气连接器是完全相同的。

这使得auma电动执行器得升级改型非常容易。

电动机得一体化控制单元auma matic可以被安装在以下型号规格得执行器上:多回转执行器: sa07.1-sa16.1(用于开-闭控制)sam07.1-san16.1(用于调节控制)部分回转执行器:sg05.1-sg12.1 最新开发得纺爆型auma matic可以直接安装到auma norm防爆型执行器sa ex,sam ex或sg ex上,使其改型升级为带电动机一体化控制单元的防爆型电动执行器。

Its unique hydraulic circuit allows quick displacement of hydraulic fluid under no load conditions and easy pumping in loaded conditions. These air actuated pumps supply compressed hydraulic fluid to compatible applications i.e. rams, presses, spreaders, compactors and crimping machines, anywhere that 10,000 PSI of fluid pressure is needed. Special skill, knowledge and training may be required for a specific task and the product may not be suitable for all the jobs described above. Unsuitable applications would include applications that call for a device to move, level or support persons, animals, hazardous materials, mobile homes/ dwellings in general, mirrors and/or plate glass, and/or to connect/secure hatches, components, etc. between bulkheads. Familiarize yourself with the specifications and illustrations in this owners manual. Know your pump, its limitations and how it operates before attempting to use. Refer to specification chart on page 3 for details of oil port thread size, usable oil capacity, and more.2. For model B65425, B65427 & B65438: Replace shipping plug (red color) with air vent plug (black color) before use.3. Air Connection: Remove plastic cap, connect suitable air supply to air input port. Air input port is designed to fit the popular 1/4" NPT air nipple (not included). Ensure that your air source can dedicate 7.8CFM @ 110~175 PSI to each pump operated.4. Hydraulic Connection: Clean all areas around the oil port of pump and ram. Inspect all threads and fitting for signs of wear or damage and replace as needed. Clean all hose ends, couplers and union ends. Remove the manifold plug, then connect oil output port to suitable fittings and application/ram.IMPORTANT : Always secure threaded port connections with high grade, non-hardening pipe thread sealant. Teflon tape can be used if only one layer of tape is used and it is applied carefully, two threads back, to prevent the tape from being introduced into hydraulic system, which could cause jamming of precision-fit parts.To reduce the risk of personal injury and/or property damage, Hydraulic connections must be securely fastened before building pressure in the system. Release all system pressure before loosening any hydraulic connection in the system.Always monitor pressure, load or position using suitable equipment. Pressure may be monitored by means of an optional manifold and gauge. Load may be monitored by means of a load cell and digital indicator. Correct application position can only be determined by the operator of the equipment.For Model B65424: (Hand Button Pump)1. To extend the cylinder:a. Close release valve by turning it clockwise firmly.b. Depress the hand button on top of the air input port until desired pressure, load or position is reached.2. To hold the cylinder in position, simply release the hand button to deactivate the pump.3. To retract cylinder, open release valve by turning it counter-clockwise slowly.For Models B65425, B65426, B65427 & B65438:1. To extend the ram, depress on the foot pedal marked "Pump " (horizontal portion) until desired pressure, load or position is reached.2. To hold the ram in position, release the foot pedal to deactivate the pump.3. To retract the ram, depress the release valve by stepping on the foot pedal marked "Release " (raised, stirrup shaped portion).Note: Never operate a pump which is disconnected from application. If operate in this condition, the hose and connections will become pressurized. This increases burst hazard. Damage may occur to pump and its components.MAINTENANCEImportant: Use only good quality hydraulic fluid. Never use brake fluid, transmission fluid, turbine oil, motor oil, alcohol, glycerin etc. Use of other than good quality hydraulic oil will void warranty and damage the pump, hose, and application. We recommend Hein-Werner HW93291 or equivalent.1. Inspect hoses and connections daily. Replace damaged components immediately.2. Tighten connections as e non-hardening pipe thread compound when servicing connections.Adding Hydraulic Fluid1. Depressurize and disconnect hydraulic hose from application/ ram.a. For Model B65424 & B65426:With pump in its vertical position, remove the reservoir cap located on the reservoir.b. For Model B65425, B65427 & B65438:With pump in its upright, horizontal position, remove the air vent plug located on the top plate of the reservoir.2. Use a small funnel to fill the oil to within 3/4" (19mm) of the opening.3. Wipe up any spilled fluid and reinstall the air vent plug/reservoir cap.Changing Hydraulic Fluid1. For best results, change fluid once a year or every 300 hours of use.2. Repeat #2 above, then pour used fluid into a sealable container.3. Dispose of fluid in accordance with local regulations.4. Fill with a good quality hydraulic fluid as recommended above. Reinstall air vent plug/ reservoir cap.LubricationWhen pump is operated on daily basis, the manufacturer recommends installing an inline oiler and air dryer. Use SAE grade oil (5W to 30W).TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDEThe following information is intended as an aid in determining if problem exists. 如果使用错误,会影响到正常的运行操作,或导致寿命低下,发生故障等问题。

使用错误会出现非常危险的状况,有导致死亡或重伤的危险。

使用错误会出现非常危险的状况,有导致中度受伤或轻伤的危险。

或导致物质损失。

通电或运行中,不要碰触端子台。

没有做过绝缘处理,会导致触电。

防止火灾驱动安装在没有孔(不要碰触驱动的降温装置等的背面)不燃性壁处。

不能安装在可燃物或或可燃物附近,易导致火防止破损各端子上只能使用使用说明书上规定的电压。

否则易破损制品需要安装在能够承受其重量的地方,请参照使用说明书安装。

配线正确连接。

否则会造成马达逆旋转。

试运行调整调整各参数。

不同的机械会产生不同的运动。

使用方法键,根据机能设定状态有输出不停止时,需要准备紧急停止回路(电源切断或紧急停止用机械刹车等)本制品的过电流保护机能,马达的过热保护不起作用时。

建议通过外部热,异常时的处置为防止驱动出现故障时,机械,装置不会处于危险状态,请设置非常刹车等安全保护装置。

保守点检・部品的交換不要对驱动的控制回路进行绝缘电阻测定。

会造成故障。

BDX-II 空气采样系统操作手册第一节: 概述◆查看图1.1 和图1.2(1)开/关转换(2)流量调整(需要小型平头螺丝起子)(3)可充电电池组(4)内部/外部排气孔控制用一个平头螺丝起子来调整内部的/外部的排气孔,调整到空环(Open Circle)位置时,泵的排气将排到采样器的外部(建议在潮湿和腐蚀性环境下使用),调整到实心环(Closed Circle)位置时,泵的排气将排到采样器内部(建议在布满灰尘的环境下使用)。

(5)电池充电指示灯当打开泵,电池组充满电的时候指示灯变亮,当泵运行一小段时间之后指示灯会正常关闭。

(6)流量错误指示器泵如果不能维持流量在设定值的±5%范围内指示灯变亮,如果泵工作于其规格的运行功能之外指示灯变亮,或者当电池组没有足够的电量时指示灯同样变亮。

在错误状态下持续运行大约30秒钟之后,泵将自动停止运行。

对于时钟和编程型号,在错误状态下关闭时将会在显示器上显示所运行的时间。

• 软管铺设应远离交通区域、锐边、活动部件及热表面。

请勿将软管暴露在82°C(180°F)以上或-40°C(-40°F)以下的温度条件下。

• 操作本设备时应佩戴听力防护装置。

• 请勿提升受压设备。

• 请遵守所有当国家及地方的消防、电力及安全法规。

火灾、爆炸与电击危险接地不当、通风不畅、明火或火花均可引起危险状况,从而导致火灾、爆炸或电击的发生。

依据说明对泵进行安装及操作时,相关操作可在Zone 1 (欧洲)和Division 1(北美)危险场所内进行。

(ATEX Cat 2)• 电气设备的安全、操作及维护工作必须由经过培训的适格人员在完全了解本说明手册内所述要求的情况下进行。

• 对本设备及喷涂区内其他所有导电物体进行接地。

• 为电机供电过程中,必须紧闭所有盖件。

• 若使用本设备过程中有静电火花或感到电击,立即停止喷涂/点涂。

在找到并纠正问题之前,不得使用设备。

• 进行通风,以避免来自所输送溶剂或液体的可燃性烟雾积聚。

• 输送区域不应有溶剂、碎布及汽油等杂物。

• 输送区域内所有设备应断电。

• 熄灭喷涂/点涂区内所有明火或指示灯。

• 请勿在喷涂/点涂区内抽烟。

• 操作过程中或有烟雾的情况下,请勿打开或关闭喷涂/点涂区内任何电灯开关。

• 请勿在喷涂/点涂区内操作汽油发动机。

热表面危险• 电机在运行过程中会变热,产生的热量可传递至其他与之相连的设备。

为减少烫伤危险,电机运行过程中,请勿触摸电机表面。

应等电机冷却后再进行维护操作。

• 使设备远离易燃材料及杂物。

受压设备危险喷枪/阀门喷射、软管泄漏或破裂的部件均可能将液体溅入眼睛或皮肤上,从而引起严重伤害。

• 请勿将喷枪/阀门对准任何人或人体的任何部位。

• 请勿使用手、身体、手套或碎布止漏或使泄漏物质转向。

• 按泄压程序释放压力;停止喷涂/点涂;对设备进行清洁、检查或维护。

• 在操作设备之前拧紧所有液体连接件。

• 每日检查软管、管道及联轴器。

及时更换磨损或松动的零件。

永久连接的软管不能进行修理;请更换整个软管。

有毒液体危险若危险液体或有毒烟雾喷溅至眼睛内或皮肤上,或者被吸入或吞食,会导致严重伤害或死亡。

• 了解所使用液体的具体危害。

• 将危险液体存放在批准使用的容器内。

依据当地、州及国家准则处置危险液体。

• 始终穿戴由液体和溶剂制造商推荐的防护眼罩、手套、防护服和呼吸器。

活动部件危险在启动或运行泵时不接触所有移动的部件。

安装 – 第 3.1 章空气马达通常需要和流体部分配套,因此配有正确的联轴器和流体部分连杆。

与一个合适的流体部分装配确保该组件正确的接地,防止静电产生见第2.1章。

供气使用 ½”NB 软管 或者大点的 ¾” BSP/NPS F 接头连接过滤压缩空气到马达。

推荐使用1/2"通径的空气调压过滤器来控制空气马达。

空气马达设计为使用无油的压缩空气。

也可以使用含油的空气,单只能使用被认可的润滑油,注油量为每50 循环1 滴。

一旦使用含油空气,那么它必须不断使用以置换最初安装时使用的长寿命润滑脂,不得中断供油,否侧会严重损害缸体和密封圈。

排气一个大的1-1/ 2“NB消声器安装在排气出口。

如果使用管道排气系统,必须使用合适的1-1/ 2“NB软管连接。

消声器/换热倒转180度安装使消声器在上。

这种装配方式通常用于配置升降门架系统。
