建筑物用玻璃――基本的钠钙硅玻璃制品第五部分压花玻璃1.适用范围该欧洲标准详细说明了EN572-1标准中,建筑物用压花玻璃尺寸和最低质量要求(在外观、花纹和缺陷方面)。
该标准仅用于普通标准尺寸的矩形压花玻璃板。
该标准不用于最终使用的切裁尺寸的压花玻璃板。
2.规范的参考该欧洲标准包括由其它出版物提供的有日期的或无日期的引证条款。
这些规范的参考被引用在本标准相应的地方,出版物列在后面。

3.1 长度H和宽度B玻璃带的拉引方向如图1所示。

3.3外观缺陷这些是玻璃外观质量的缺陷。
它们包括点状缺陷,线状延长缺陷和花纹缺陷3.4 球形或半球形点状缺陷。
这些是较大尺寸小于或等于较小尺寸2倍的点状缺陷。
3.5 细长点状缺陷这些是较大尺寸大于较小尺寸2倍的点状缺陷。

但是,一经接受采用,或各方面商定同意纳入商品、经济合同之中,就成为各方共同遵守的技术依据,具有法律上的约束力。

总则于仪器和测试试样之间放一块水摩砂纸或不锈钢网以令布身不会移位,布的向性与仪器相同。依据如下6.2及6.3的操作方法。
遇印花、色织或色间布时,注意选取位置使所有颜色、图案均需测试。同时,若遇大底色或大图案时,此部份可多做几个测试与其它覆盖颜色分开评级。若遇上不同颜色覆盖的地方非常密集,请采用旋转摩擦仪ISO105-X16。
分析仪器确认(AIQ)(USP-1058)(中英文)
固件 计算机化的分析仪器将低级软件(固件)包含在整体之中。如果没有正确的操作 固件,这样的仪器不能使用,使用者也不能改变固件的设置和功能。因此,固件 被视为仪器本身的一部分。事实上,硬件确认如果没有固件的运行也是不可能实 现的。因此,当硬件(也就是分析仪器)在使用场所被确认的时候,其集成的固 件也必定通过了确认。根本不需要单独确认安装的固件。无论何时只要有可能, 固件形式应作为 IQ 的一部分被记录。固件形式的任何改变都应通过仪器的改变 控制来进行追踪。(可见后面的改变控制)

各种国内外标准名称的含义
ISO是国际标准。
BS是英国标准组织的标准。
DIN是德国标准。
很多国家都将ISO标准采用为自己国家的标准。
BS ISO 或DIN ISO 都完全=ISO。
都不是自己制定的,直接拿来的。
拿EN 的,就叫BS EN,拿ISO的,就叫BS ISO。
拿IEC的,就叫BS IEC。
如果隔了一层,也不是EN自己制定的,是EN拿ISO或IEC的(EN ISO 和EN IEC),就叫BS EN ISO和BS EN IEC。
这时,BS EN ISO完全=ISO。
即DIN EN 1563与BS EN 1563是同一标准,只是一种是德文的,一种是英文的。
早期的BS ISO 属于内容完全一致,但形式上会转化为自己的风格。
但近年来可能是知识产权意识提高了,只是加个封皮和说明,后面的内容就都遵照EN 的风格了(DIN比较牛,还是将人家的东西转化为自己的格式,不过不会花功夫翻译成德文的)。
BS EN ISO也一样,翻过前几页,后面就都是EN或ISO的内容了。
BS(英国标准)DIN (德国标准)NF (法国)BS:英国标准学会(British Standards Institution),简称BSI,制定的英国国家标准;EN:欧洲标准化委员会(European Committee for Standardization),简称CEN制定的欧洲标准。
EN标准是针对整个欧盟成员国的,具体到某个国家还需要该国家转化为自己国内的标准或者法规。
那每个国家可能在EN的标准上加上自己国家的特殊要求,于是就有了BS(英国标准)DIN (德国标准)NF (法国)针对不同的标准,其内容是有一点点区别的,但是总体要求还是一样的。
DIN标准与欧洲标准EN和国际标准ISO的关系德国是欧洲标准化委员会CEN(European Committee for Standardixation)的18个成员国之一,DIN在CEN中起着重要的作用,CEN中有三个之一的技术委员会秘书国由德国担任。

2.检测原理耐洗色牢度试验是将纺织品试样与一或两块规定的贴村织物贴合,放于皂液中,在规定的时间和温度条件下,经机械搅拌,再经冲洗、干燥。
用灰色样卡评定试样的变色和贴衬织物的沾色。
耐洗色牢度共有五个试验方法,主要区别在于试验温度和时间不同,其他皆基本相同。
3.检测方法(l)试样:尺寸为 40 mm x 100 mm,贴衬织物尺寸与试样相同,可以是两块规定的单纤维贴衬织物或一块多纤维贴衬织物,与试样沿短边缝合,形成一个组合试样。
(2)仪器:多个直径75 mm、高 125mm的xx容器,xx容器能沿半径为45 mm。
、转速为 40 r/min进行转动,并能保持在规定的温度和时间下进行机械搅拌。
(3)试验条件:五种试验方法的温度、时间和加料分别是:方法一;40℃,30 min;方法二:50℃,30 min;方法三:60℃,30 min;方法四:95℃,30 min,加10粒不锈钢珠;方法五:95℃,240 min,加10位不锈钢珠。
