解决:解决办法很简单,就是定时定点对你的计算机进行彻底查毒,保证自己所发邮件是不带任何病毒及木马程序。

3)发送的时间有时差,及客户看邮件的时间!解析:很多做外贸人员认为,一旦收到询盘就马上回复,认为及时尽早的回复,客人一定会对此满意和赞赏并会有所回复!这样做是对的,但忽略了很重要的一点,除了亚洲一部分国家及澳洲地区国家,绝大部分客户和中国是有时差的。

就算你马上回复了客人,客人也会在他上班的时间才能看到邮件。

而且客人所发的询盘,肯定也不会只有你一个人回复,肯定有大把的供应商相争回复,这样,最早回复的邮件按照邮箱的排列的顺序被沉到了最底层。

如果客人在上面的邮件中找到感兴趣的供应商,就根本不会看最底层你的邮件!解决:了解客人当地的时差及上班时间,按照客人的上班时间发送,这个,只需要简单的邮件定时发送就可以办到!另外一点,我觉得非常好,就是按照客人的上班时间,在线和客人联系!比如欧洲等国家和中国的时差为-6到-8个小时,那么当我们在下午3-4点的时候正是客人上班的时间,这样下午和客人发邮件,极有可能攍?到客人的回复,收到客人回复后立即也回复,或者能在Trademanger 或者MSN上能和客人在线及时沟通,这样也是最好的沟通方法。

国外客户为什么不回邮件和应对策略展开全文最近一个跟踪了2年多的客户下单了. 2014年的3月份, 客户从网上找到我,发来询价. 4月份就飞来中国看厂谈订单, 因为只看我一家,并且当面谈的很好,说回去就下订单过来。

谁知道这一等就是整整2年时间. 期间14年底,15年中两次说要下单又2次蒸发,直到上周终于确认了2个20尺柜的订单. 翻了一下成交记录,这个并不是成交客户的最长记录, 最长的一个记录是跟进了三年才有订单. 再次明确了一点,持续有效的沟通是获得订单的重要原因.经常有一些朋友问我,做外贸的过程中,经常会碰到聊得挺好的国外客户,突然就人间蒸发了,邮件发过去就像石沉大海一样没有一点反应,客户为什么会不回邮件?该怎么样继续跟进呢?不回邮件只有两种情况,第一是没有收到邮件. 即使是使用了付费的企业邮箱,也无法保证100%收到彼此的邮件,甚至是一直正常邮件联系的老客户,也会出现彼此邮件发送失败的情况。

所以一旦出现沟通不回复的情况下,比如说正常邮件往来的客户有1周或者十几天没回邮件,这个时候我们要做的第一点就是确认对方收到邮件.这里我的建议是直接电话沟通确认邮件是否收到,是否进了垃圾箱。

相比较其他在线沟通工具,电话始终是直接获得反馈的最有效途径。

一个电话打过去问一问,比自己无端的猜测有效得多. 即使是客户明确表示拒绝你的offer, 起码你也可以弄明白为什么拒绝的原因.第二种情况就是客户收到了邮件之后没有任何回应,出现这样的情况有以下几种原因:1.回复时间太迟,客户的邮箱已经挤满了各种供应商的邮件.假设以下你半夜里在淘宝上购物, 找了三家店铺的店小二提问. 这个时候能第一时间回复你的店铺毫无疑问是印象分最高的. 如果你有明确的采购需求, 这家的产品和价格都还适中,十有八九你会选择在他这里下单. 第二天当不在线的客服们上班回复你的留言之时,这个时候你已经完成了采购下单过程. 所以只会忽略掉他们的留言信息.由于时差的存在,邮件交流有滞后性。

●如果知道了客户的名字和邮箱地址,发邮件过去,人家不一定会理我们。

但是可以利用SKYPE 搜索。

即:▲1. 输入客户的名字进行搜索,再详细查看我所联系的客户所在的国家。

▲2.输入客户的邮箱地址--一般情况下,客户的邮箱都是利用公司名称申请邮箱的,所以这种搜索法概率会高一点。

●搜索到准确的信息后,我再添加他们。

★★请求中会要求写自我介绍,那么我就大概写一下我是谁,是哪个公司的,公司产品主要是哪些,简单地介绍一下。

比如:“This is Lydia, from ×××(公司名称)”,我们公司名称中就有包含了产品的名字,所以我就没介绍产品。

不过以这种方法只能碰碰运气。

有些客户可能很久都不上SKYPE的,那样他就没办法通过我的请求,我也就不能跟他在SKYPE上进一步联系。

●不过我用这种方法倒是加了5个客户,其中4个都是平时不回我邮件的客户。

哈哈,很有成就感哦!●他们加了我的SKYPE后,我就直接问:“有没有收到我×月×日发的邮件?”如果对方说没有的话,那么我先跟他确认一下邮箱地址是否正确,然后再发一次给他。

如果有必要的话,我就利用SKYPE打电话给客户-这样打电话是免费的,电话谈话可以加深他对我的印象。

呵呵,还有客户主动打电话给我,问候我,然后我就借机谈我们公司产品的事情,这样他就会向我询价。

客户就是不回复邮件怎么办?每天学习外贸知识,进步一点点这个话题问的比较多,但是实话实说,没有什么一试百灵的方法,如果我能让所有的客户回复我,我早就超过李嘉诚了!如果我知道这个客户确切需要我们的产品,而且不排斥从中国购买,我会想尽办法,让他回复。

要求对方报价,拿到报价后,告知对方价格比中国高太多,中国的价格到某港才多少钱(这个港口是对方最关注的,因为之前你们交流过,他一定问过某些港口的价格)。

这又是一次变相的报价。
