Unit5 教学反思本单元的话题是“昆虫”。
教学时,可以利用Unit4 (Spring) “春天”的话题做铺垫,引入话题。
本单元的教学重点是句型What’s this?及其回答It’s a/an….在新授本单元重点单词和句型时,可以联系已学旧知一年级上册Unit4 (Is this a teddy?)中的This is a/an….和Unit6 (Look at my balloon.)中的It’s….进行教学,新旧知识的融合,能帮助小朋友们更好地理解新授知识,如同给他们架了一把梯子,让他们往更高的地方爬。
在教授特殊疑问句What’s this?的时候,教师应该尽量创设符合常理的语境,如采用遮盖物品,显露局部等方法,避免明知故问。
这里需要注意的有两点,一是这是特殊疑问句,由What 引导,区别于之前学的问句如Is this …? / Onions?, 这两个问句都可以用Yes/No 来回答,又叫做Yes/No问句、一般疑问句,而What’s this?的回答不能简单的用Yes/No来回答,不简单、不一般,不能用Yes/No 来回答的问句我们把它们叫做特殊疑问句。
二是在翻译时,不能一字字的照搬,如What’s=Wh at is, What’s this?=What is this? 这是什么?不能把What 翻译为这,is翻译为是,this翻译为什么, 这句话的说话顺序和我们中国人说话顺序不同,是颠倒过来的,不能一一对应。
这里this“这、这个”,is“是”,What才是“什么”,这个What的理解对小朋友来说是个难题,需要多读多练。
在做练习的过程中,还发现个别小朋友存在一个问题,即:Look at the butterfly.部分小朋友都回答Yes.这里需要说明的是一般情况下,这句话是想让对方评价、描述蝴蝶,你觉得这只蝴蝶怎么样,一般回答用到It’s +形容词,如It’s cute. / It’s colourful. / It’s butterfly. / …针对这一问题,我认为还是要在课堂上多创设情境,在情景中用英语、说英语,真正的把语言知识进行内化。
