深水拖网捕捞绞车系统设计与试验

分析了拖网绞车曳纲张力和速度控制系统的结构原理,完成了主回路液压泵站和液压马达的参数选型设计。
以绞车曳纲张力为控制目标,设计了拖网恒张力控制系统,系统通过设定减压阀压力值,调节先导溢流阀开口大小,改变液压马达进出口的压差实现控制液压马达扭矩恒定,保证拖网过程中张力恒定。
该拖网绞车系统在远洋渔船上开展了试验和应用,实验海域水深200~510m,拖网过程中渔船拖速在3.2~3.5kn左右,拖网绞车工作压力为12.5~17MPa,渔船拖网时间为2h。
试验结果表明该深水拖网绞车参数性能达到了设计要求,能满足882kW拖网渔船开展深水捕捞需求。

SAM400 & 650 PERKINS DIESEL ENGINE DRIVENIM568 April, 1997Mar ‘95Mar ‘95Mar.‘93for selecting a QUALITY product by Lincoln Electric.We want you to take pride in operating this Lincoln Electric Company product •••as much pride as we have in bringing this product to you!Read this Operators Manual completely before attempting to use this equipment.Save this manual and keep it handy for quick reference.Pay particular attention to the safety instructions we have provided for your protection.The level of seriousness to be applied to each is explained below:vv(1)Consult applicable federal, state and local laws regardingspecific requirements for use on public highways.SPEED CONTROL LEVERManually allows the engine to run at its high idle speed controlled by the governor or at the factory set low idle speed.When welding or using auxiliary power the speed control lever must be in the “RUN”position.T o reduce the engine to low idle speed when not welding or not using auxiliary power place the speed control lever in the “IDLE”position notch.ENGINE TEMPERATURE GAUGEDisplays the coolant temperature in the engine block. OIL PRESSURE GAUGEDisplays the oil pressure to the engine.When the engine starts running, watch for the oil pressure to build up.If no pressure shows within 30 seconds, stop the engine and consult the engine instruction manual. BATTERY CHARGING AMMETERDisplays the current going from the charging alternator into the batteries.It is normal for charging current to be high (above 15 amps) after starting or when the batter-ies are ‘low’on charge.ENGINE HOUR METER(Factory Installed Optional Feature)The optional engine hour meter records the total run-ning time on the engine in hours.It can be used to keep a record of maintenance on the engine and or welder. ENGINE PROTECTION SYSTEMThe engine protection system shuts down the engine under high coolant temperature or low oil pressure conditions by allowing the fuel solenoid valve to close.place.3.Remove the two screws on the top end of the wirefeeder nameplate.4.Position the “Portable Field Control”mounting slotsover these holes and replace the screws.5.Route the leads with the LN-5 or LN-6 control cableback to the power source.MOUNTING ON LN-71.Remove the top screws on the side of the LN-7 con-trol box cover.(This is the left side when facing the nameplate).2.Position the “Portable Field Control”on the side ofthe control box with the mounting slots over these holes and replace the screws.3.Route the leads with the LN-7 control cable back tothe power source.OUTPUT STUDSWith the Engine OFF connect the work cable to the “T o Work”stud.A.For Stick Electrode Welding1.Connect the electrode cable to the “Stick”studand the work cable to the “T o Work”stud.Connect the “T AP”lead in the SAM650 to theappropriate stud to adjust current and the arccharacteristics as described under “Currentand Voltage Controls.”2.Install the “Portable Field Control”.B.Automatic or Semiautomatic WeldingFor all automatic welding processes, connect the welding power cable from the wire feeder to the “Connect to Auto.Equipment”stud.Connect the “T AP”lead in the SAM650 to the appropriate stud to adjust current and the arc characteristics as described under “Current and Voltage Controls.”1.LN-7, LN-8, LN-9, NA-3, NA-5, LT-7 and LT-56 Wire Feeders.a.Make the connections exactly as speci-fied on the connection wiring diagramincluded in the wire feeder InstructionManual.b.Install the “Portable Field Control”whenusing an LN-7.CURRENT AND VOLTAGE CONTROLS Constant Voltage WeldingThe SAM-400 “Current Control”is NOT in the circuit when the ‘Electrode Polarity’switch is set for constant voltage welding.Set the open circuit voltage (OCV) needed for the par-ticular application with the “Constant Voltage Control”located to the left of the nameplate.Adjust the final welding voltage with either the wire feeder voltage con-trol or the “Portable Field Control”.Set the welding cur-rent with “Amps”or “Wire Feed Speed”control on the wire feeder.Low Range Feature (SAM400 K1279-1 only) --Extends the output voltage range of the SAM400 welder down to 12 volts for constant voltage welding. AUXILIARY POWERAn alternator generates 2 KVA of 120/240 volt 60 Hertz AC power.It is available either from #31 and #32 on the terminal strip or from the receptacles on the Control Panel.Be careful not to overload this circuit. The auxiliary power receptacle should only be used with three wire grounded type plugs or approved dou-ble insulated tools with two wire plugs.The alternator is protected by thermostats and fuses. DUTY CYCLEDuty cycle is based on a ten minute period and opera-tion in an ambient temperature of 104°F(40°C).The SAM400 is NEMA rated at 60% duty cycle.The SAM650 is NEMA rated at 80% duty cycle.Duty cycle is based on a ten minute period.Therefore, a 60% duty cycle welder can be operated at nameplate rated out-put for 6 minutes (8 minutes for 80% duty cycle) out of every 10 minute period without overheating.The auxiliary power can be used continuously (100% duty cycle) within its rated current capacities.STARTING INSTRUCTIONSBe sure all Pre-Operation Maintenance has been per-formed.(See Installation Section of this manual.)T o start the engine, set the speed control lever in the “RUN”position.Place ignition toggle switch in the “ON”position.Push in the engine protection system reset button (if so equipped).Engage the starter button. When greasing the bearings, keep all dirt out of the area.Wipe the fittings completely clean and use clean equipment.More bearing failures are caused by dirt introduced during greasing than from insufficient grease.Arcing or excessive exciter brush wear indicates a pos-sible misaligned shaft.Have an authorized Field Service Shop check and realign the shaft. COOLING SYSTEMThe SAM welders are equipped with a pressure radia-tor.Keep the radiator cap tight to prevent loss of coolant.Clean and flush the cooling system periodi-cally to prevent clogging the passage and overheating the engine.When antifreeze is needed, always use the permanent type.CONTACTOR MAINTENANCEWhere the output contactor is operated frequently when tacking or making short welds, turn the engine off and inspect the contactor every three months:1.be sure the mating surfaces of silver contacts arenot worn and all make contact at approximately the same time.2.Make sure the springs and holders are not brokenor out of adjustment.Approximate spring com-pression after making contact is 1/8”.Less than 1/16”compression indicates worn contacts that should be replaced.3.Make sure the moving contact or other movingparts are not binding.4.Check interlock contacts and springs.Be suremounting screws are tight.NOTE A:If at any time either of the Control (PC) boards is replaced, follow the calibration procedure outlined later in this sec-tion under “Control P.C.Board Calibration Procedure”.The open circuit voltage will be out of range if trimmers are not properly 定冷水泵电动机异常振动原因分析及处理李军张昌胜王涛司耀强俞文瑾秦建军(山东能源内蒙古盛鲁电力有限公司,内蒙古鄂尔多斯016299)摘要:【目的】某电厂#1发电机定冷水泵A 和冷水泵B 的电动机振幅都超过了规定的标准值,且振动不稳定,振幅有抬升趋势,对设备安全、稳定运行造成了极大的隐患。
为消除设备异常振动,使设备安全稳定运行,须对设备进行振动监测和分析。
【方法】经振动分析仪监测和分析,认为电动机地脚螺栓松动,电动机台板变形和基础未有效灌浆是导致电动机振幅超标的原因。
【结果】对电动机地脚螺栓进行了紧固后,定冷水泵B 电动机各个方向振幅均降到了标准范围内。
由于机组暂时没有停机计划,无法对电动机基础进行灌浆、更换台板,因此创造性设计了紧固组件。
【结论】该紧固组件可有效解决因台板变形和基础未灌浆导致的振动超标问题。

2018.09测试工具与解决方案电厂脱硫吸收塔浆液循环泵振动问题的治理熊一帆(广东省粤电集团有限公司沙角C电厂,广东东莞,523000 )摘要:沙角C电厂烟气脱硫(FGD)系统增容改造在每台吸收塔原有3台(A、B、C)浆液循环栗的基础上新增了一台D系列的 浆液循环栗,泵投运后振动过大,造成机封损坏和轴承损坏事故频发。
经振动频谱分析发现,振幅最大值位于该泵5倍的工 作频率,倍数正好与泵叶轮叶片数相等,属于水力振动。
根据离心泵的相似理论,改造了原有齿轮箱,使其输出转速度下降了 18r/min,这样避开了该泵的水力振动区,泵振幅从2. 19mm/S大幅下降到0.6mm/S,从而消除了振动,取得了良好的效果。

Available in NEMA Weather-Protected Type I, Weather-Protected Type II, and Totally-Enclosed Fan Cooled enclosures.Surface Discharge HeadThe surface discharge head supports the column, shafting, motor and pump assembly. Standard design consists of a minimum 30,000 PSI tensile strength cast iron, and non-asbestos packing is compressed around the shaft by an adjustable gland. An optional lantern ring relieves pump pressure from the upper packing rings. The pumped liquid lubricates the packing rings. A drip basin collects the packing lubrication which is drained off. A grease fitting provides additional lubrication to a bronze upper shaft bearing. The top shaft and motor drive shaft are made of high tensile, C-1045 AISI pump shaft quality carbon steel. (Optional tube tension assembly for enclosure lineshaft available.) Horsepower rating, straightness and machining tolerance conform to ANSI/AWWA E101 standards.Column AssemblyColumn Assembly Column pipe conforms to ASTM A-53 Standards. Pipe ends are precisely machine faced to provide a positive butt fit between pipe sections and to maintain alignment throughout. The line shaft is made of high tensile, C-1045 AISI pump shaft quality carbon steel (optional materials available.) Lineshaft bearing assembly includes a cast bronze bearing retainer held concentrically, and butted between mating sections of column pipe for alignment. A long length, resilient, abrasion resisting neoprene bearing is provided. Grooves allow pumped liquid to lubricate bearing surface and entrained abrasives are flushed through. Column pipe couplings are made of steel. (Optional enclosed lineshaft for oil, water or grease lubricated lineshaft available.)Bowl AssemblyBowl castings are of ASTM A-30 cast iron. Enclosed bronze impellers are precision cast from bronze alloy B584-C83600 and statically balanced to provide highest efficiency and vibration free operation. Bowl bearings made of bronze alloy B505-C93200 are provided with each intermediate stage to assure alignment of the bowl shaft at each impeller. The pump shaft is made of 416 stainless steel AISI alloy pump shaft quality. The suction bell bearing made of bronze alloy B505-C93200 stabilizes the bottom of the pump shaft and provides accurate alignment of all impellers. The optional galvanized strainer is constructed of corrosion-resistant heavy gauge metal. Lineshaft OptionsOpen lineshaft and bowl bearings are normally lubricated by the pumped liquid. There are applications, however, where the pumped liquid is either inadequate due to its lubricating qualities, or the upper line shaft bearings are not submerged. Enclosed lineshaft bearings are normally lubricated with oil fed by gravity from a standard one gallon, manually fed oil reservoir mounted on the discharge head. The oil flows through the tube tension assembly and within the shaft enclosing tube to each individual lineshaft bearing. Pump discharge case, bowls, and suction bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid.Column and Lineshaft Assemblies Threaded steel discharge column is available in standardsizes through 14" diameter. Where greater strength or easeof assembly and disassembly is required, flanged columnpipe is also available in these sizes. Welded flanged columnis supplied as standard in column sizes 16" and larger.In open lineshaft construction thru 16", bearingretainers house neoprene spiral groovedrubber bearings. The shaft and renewableshaft sleeve rotate within these bearings. In 18"column and larger, the spider/bearing hub iswelded in place just below the upper columnflange.On enclosed lineshaft applications, properalignment is maintained by butting the pipetogether within the sleeve-type pipe coupling.When open lineshafting is used, pipe ends arebutted on the bearing retainer flange.The driver horsepower is transmitted to thebowl assembly through a precision-ground,high tensile strength lineshaft. The shafting iscoupled with an extra strong threadedcoupling. The shaft size and bearing spacing isselected to meet horsepower and thrustrequirements and to avoid operation at criticalspeeds.Use of an enclosing tube protects the shaftfrom the liquid being pumped. Lubricant maybe oil, grease or water flush. Interchangeablesections of five feet in length have machinedends to receive bronze connector bearings.Deep set turbines with an enclosed lineshaftutilize a tube stabilizer approximately every 50feet of setting.Turbine Bowl AssembliesWhere enclosed lineshaft is used, the connector bearings are lubricated with water, oil or grease depending upon thelubricant used in the enclosing tube.Bowl bearings are lubricated with the liquid pumped, andassure accurate shaft alignment.Bowl castings are manufactured of heavy-duty, high quality cast iron and feature a minimum 30,000 PSI tensile strength, with smooth passages designed for efficient operation.Optional coated passages are available to further pumpefficiency. Bowls can be staged to produce higher pressures for a given capacity.Enclosed impellers are matched to the pump bowls. Theprecision-cast impellers are statically balanced to avoidvibration. The impellers are secured to the shaft withtapered lock collets. On larger sized units, a key and ring are used to secure the impeller to the shaft. A top shaftadjusting nut or an adjustable type coupling are used toadjust the clearance between the impellers and bowls.Impeller and bowl wear rings are available as options torenew impeller clearances when no further externaladjustment is possible. These renewable rings enable theowner to restore a worn and inefficient unit to nearlyoriginal condition, extending operation for many years.The cast iron suction bell and its integrally-cast guide vanes provide a smooth flow into the first stage impeller. Thisreduces the formation of vortexes and contributes to a more efficient operation. A suction case is available for well pump applications.To ensure long life, the suction bearing is grease-packed and fitted with a sand collar to keep grit and abrasives fromentering the bearing.Discharge HeadsRugged cast iron discharge heads meet sanitary requirements and support the column, lineshaft and bowl assemblies, while accepting any vertical driver. Large openings allow easy access to the stuffing box or mechanical seal, and smooth passageways ensure reduced friction loss and efficient overall operation. The integrally-cast discharge flange can be either a 125 lb or 250 lb design.Cast iron or steel soleplates for mounting the discharge heads are available. Once the soleplate is leveled and grouted into place, the pump can easily be removed for maintenance, and then reset without realignment.A water flush lubrication arrangement uses packing or mechanical seal to seal the shaft. An external water source is introduced at the packing or seal, and flows through the shaft enclosing tube to lubricate the lineshaft bearings. A renewable sleeve protects the shaft throughout the stuffing box area. Fabricated discharge heads are formed from high quality steel, with the discharge in either flanged or plain-end design. The three segment elbow design smooths the fluid flow and reduces friction losses, for efficient operation.Two-piece top shaft construction is supplied for ease of driver removal.The shaft can be sealed with most mechanical seals. When mechanical seals are used with a vertical solid shaft driver, a spacer coupling is required to simplify seal maintenance and replacement.The L-type fabricated discharge heads are designed to accept the column, shaft and bowl weight as well as the hydraulic thrust. The heads are formed from high quality steel and gusseted, providing a rigid base to eliminate vibration and assure smooth operation. Plain-end and flanged discharge designs are available.A fabricated steel pedestal provides the means to mount the driver and provides access to the stuffing box or mechanical seal area. Air release connections are provided above the base plate.The product-lubricated packing box is available through 400 PSI. Packing is graphite synthetic material. Seepage bypass box is available. Leakage drain connection is provided in the head to permit easy disposal of the liquid present in the packed box arrangement.Underground discharge elbows are fabricated from high quality steel and available with either flanged or plain-end discharge. Weir Minerals Africa has been trialing a Warman SLR medium duty slurry pump at Consol Industrial Minerals(CIM)in Cape Town for over a year, obtaining consistently positive results.After2,000hours of operation the pump was opened for its first inspection,revealing that there had been no visible damage on the impeller or sealing arrangement.Weir Minerals Africa predicts that the patented SLR pump will last as much as four times longer than competitors pumps before needing replacing.
CIM,an established customer of Weir Minerals Africa,has been in operation for more than40years,mining silica sand primarily to supply the Consol Glass factory in Bellville.CIM also produces special application silica sands for many other external markets.The operation is located on a1km2site in the heart of Philippi which contains a natural silica deposit,and mining currently takes place to a depth of20metres below ground in a dredging operation.The silica sand is screened and washed,then sized using a hydro-sizing process.Once dried,the sand is packaged for bulk delivery.The CIM process plant produces about200,000t/y of silica.
Rui Gome,Product Manager for Slurry Pumps at Weir Minerals said“When this customer started experiencing gland sealing arrangement problems with an existing pump,we offered them a trial replacement with one of our new technology SLR pumps to improve both the sealing arrangement and the overall performance.The maintenance and short wear life of the existing pump parts were also an ongoing problem.The existing unit was leaking while in operation which,in turn,caused the shaft sleeves to fail,resulting in regular packing change-outs.
“The Warman75SLR pump has proved to be the solution to these problems. This pump is fitted with an expeller that seals the gland without any leakage while in operation and does not require any external flushing water.The SLR pump’s very effective Hi-Seal shaft seal is a major improvement on what has been available up until now and,from the outset,we saw an immediate improvement at the CIM plant.Regular monitoring has proved that the pump is sealing correctly and continues to do so.”
Gomes also attributes the performance of this pump to its hydraulic design, which uses a single-piece rubber volute instead of two liner halves for alignment purposes.This volute is moulded in Weir Minerals’proprietary state-of-the-art abrasion and corrosion resistant R55rubber.
“Another feature that improves wear life is that both the adjustable throat bush and back liner are fully adjustable,keeping the impeller clearance at an optimal distance,”he adds.“This is a feature on all our new pumps and it is really paying dividends.Over time,the gap between the side liner and the
impeller opens up as a result of wear and by simply adjusting this clearance regularly,plant operators can maintain pump efficiencies at optimal levels throughout the life of the pump.The liners and impeller are fully replaceable and the latest high performance centrifugal shaft seal design is provided as standard.”
“One of the most attractive features of this particular pump is the sealing arrangement on the bearing assemblies which prevents the ingress of foreign materials that compromise bearing life,”Gomes comments.“This is a feature that has been added in response to market requirements,making it possible for plant operators to hose down the pump without any risk of water causing the bearings to fail prematurely.”。
