数学==我做了OG上的例题,模考题里的数学没有做,本来想做来着,后来时间太紧就没做了。

还做了猴哥,做了一半,大家可以每天做点每天做点的,就当调节了。

阅读==36套,注意分析,不仅仅是为什么对为什么错,还有文章结构啊,出题点啊,怎么看更快啊等等。

至于笔记==一开始练一定要记笔记,便于找出题点,根据自己的笔记,总结自己会漏掉什么点,还有就是记笔记可以联系自己抓重点的能力。

后面就会知道哪里是重点应该看哪里了。

后面大家就随意了,因为记笔记需要时间哇,速度慢的话文章都看不完哪有功夫记笔记,我自己考试的时候就来不及记了。

短文章最好一遍读懂吧,做题的时候看不看原文根据自己的情况,我是如果特熟悉就不看,其他的还是要回去看一下,但是如果短文章一遍读懂的话,定位比较容易。

填空==我开始复习之前,单词基本可以定义为白纸一张,杜昶旭的填空高频前面几个勉强凑合,3000拿来啥都不认识,我尝试着背了,但是效果奇差,于是我后来开始做题,一边做一般背,GRE 填空(陈圣元)做了一半、1014一半、verbal workout倒是差不多把填空的给做完了,做到后面就发现单词常考的就是那些,做多了可以总结总结同义词,还可以拿3000看看同义词反义词,比如淫秽的、卑鄙的、激怒什么的一堆同义词,每天看看、总结总结,然后做到后面就会发现不认识的越来越少(但是肯定还是有不认识的)然后掐时间一定,阅读也是,要计时做。

模考==KAPLAN做了4套,感觉还好,PP2想做来着,包括OG后面的模考题,但是可能是做题的时候环境不好??反正单词啥都不认识,然后我琢磨着反正第二天就考了我就不做了。

模考时间安排,提前想好要做哪些模考题,安排开,考前10天一定要开始模考,不一定天天模,但是要开始了。

GRE Argument中常见的一些误区和问题在GRE和GMAT考试中,作文部分都包括了ISSUE和ARGUMENT两个部分,说的简单一点,就是“立论”和“驳论”两种类型的议论文写作。

长时间以来,很多中国同学在准备这两种作文的过程中都认为ISSUE比较困难,而ARGUMENT比较简单,因而很明显地呈现出一种“重ISSUE,轻ARGUMENT”的状态。

然而,我在统计最近几年中国同学的GRE作文成绩时发现,如果大家的ARGUMENT成绩还不错的话,那最后的总分应该不会低到现在的地步。

于是,我到网上仔细阅读了一些同学作文,并看了大多数大家所“膜拜”或“参考”的提纲,发现同学的ARGUMENT分数低是完全可能的,因为很多人写的ARGUMENT,都不符合ETS官方说明的要求(要求具体可以参考我的日志文章),主要问题有如下的几个方面。

第一,很多同学对题目的理解本身有问题。

很多同学在准备ARGUMENT的过程中,没有仔细阅读ETS官方发布的题库,而是大量参考网上流传的或者一些参考书上给出的中文翻译,甚至完全不看题目的英文原文。

但是,这些翻译有一些和原题实际表达的意思是不一致的,这就会造成同学们在分析题目论证错误的过程中出现问题。

比如,有一道题目原文是:The following appeared in the editorial section of Monroetown's local newspaper."Mayor Brown was recently re-elected by a clear majority of 52 percent of Monroetown's voters.Her re-election, however, does not show that most people in our town favored Mayor Brown'sproposal for tax reduction over that of her opponent, Mr. Greene, who proposed raising taxes to improve education. It has been shown that voters nationwide tend to re-elect people already in office, regardless of candidates' proposals. In fact, a local survey after the election showed most people in Monroetown disagreed with Mayor Brown's proposal.
