五下Unit 6 Work quietly 单元解读一、单元信息二、教材分析本单元学习的主题是询问并回答某人是否正在做某事,以及谈论在一些公共场所的行为规范。

分为主情景图和ABC三个部分。

主情景图本单元学习的主题是询问并回答某人是否正在做某事,以及谈论在一些公共场所的行为规范。

主情景图中通过孩子们分别在教室上课和在餐厅排队的情景,呈现出本单元要学习的核心词汇和句型,及其语用环境,拉开了本单元学习的序幕。

学生通过看图,了解单元话题及相关文化知识,了解核心词汇与句型出现的语用环境,为学习单元A、B部分的各个板块做好准备。

A部分L et's try:本部分通过Mike和陈杰参观动物园时的问答,呈现并帮助学生初步理解动词的现在进行时态,如:The birds are flying. It is running very fast!本部分要求学生听一段包含核心句型的对话,然后根据录音勾出听到的图画,让学生在听觉上初步感知核心句型。

本活动建议和A部分Let's talk在同一课时内进行。

Let's talk:本部分学习的核心句型是:What are they doing? They're eating lunch!What's the little monkey doing?It's playing with its mother!教材通过呈现Mike和陈杰等观看动物园影片的情景,让学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情景。

活动Choose and tell部分要求学生能够根据辅助词表(word bank)自由选择造句,和同桌一起就日常生活中常做且正在做的动作展开问答。

Let's learn:本部分通过Amy和吴一凡谈论陈杰一天的日常生活的情景,呈现了要学习的五个词组doing morning exercises,having class,eating lunch,reading a book,listening to music。

Unit 6 Work quietly第三课时教学内容Unit 6 Part A Let’s spell教学目标1.能通过听例词发音,观察例词中共有的特征,学习字母组合wh在单词中的发音规则;能跟着录音说唱歌谣,强化记忆wh的发音规则。

2.能根据wh的发音规则读出单词;能通过听录音圈单词的活动强化wh的音—形对应关系。

3.能按照wh的发音规则拼写出单词。

4.能在单线上写出三个含有wh- 疑问词的问句,做到书写规范正确。

教学重难点1.教学重点:能根据wh的发音规则读出单词;能按照wh的发音规则拼写出单词。

教学准备课件、课文动画、单词卡片。

教学过程1.热身(Warm up)(1)学唱本单元歌曲“School days”。

(2)游戏:转盘游戏规则:教师在课件上呈现一个转盘,转盘中心为He/She is...,转盘四周为本课学习的词组。

教师转转盘,学生根据箭头指向的位置说句子。

2.新课展示(Presentation)(1)Read,listen and chant.①教师在课件上依次出示本部分的图片,引出与图片相应的单词。

教师在课件上呈现本部分的单词及其录音,学生跟读。

②请学生观察单词,并同桌讨论:这些单词都含有什么相同字母组合?发音都一样吗?有没有什么规则?教师引导学生发现:这些单词都含有字母组合wh,发/w/;但是当wh后面是o时,要发另一种发音/h/,如who,whose,whom。

③教师再次播放本部分单词录音,学生跟读。

④学生以“开火车”读的方式练习拼读单词,教师注意学生的发音。

(2)Listen and circle.①学生先自主读一读单词,然后同桌读一读并相互正音。

②播放教学录音,学生根据录音内容圈出听到的单词。

③再次播放教学录音,核对答案。

(3)学生自主问同伴三个以wh- 开头的疑问句并把问题写在横线上。
