3.系统操作步骤
(1)进行正确的电路接线后,合上变频器电源空气开关QS。 (2)恢复变频器工厂默认值。按下P键,变频器开始复位到工厂默认值。 (3)设置电动机参数。设P0010=0,变频器当前处于准备状态,可正常运行。
(4)设置变频器参数。

(5)变频器运行控制。 ①电动机正转 按下变频器的运行键,电动机正转运行,转速由外接电位器RP来控制,模拟 电压信号从0~+10V变化,对应变频器的频率从0~50Hz变化,通过调节电位器RP改 变MM440变频器3端口模拟输入电压信号的大小,可平滑无极地调节电动机转速的 大小。当按下停止键 时,电动机停止。通过P1120和P1121参数,可设置斜坡上升 时间和斜坡下降时间。

3. PLC与485通信接口的连接 所有的标准西门子变频器都有一个85485串行接口(有的也提供 RS232接口),采用双线连接,其设计标准适用于工业环境的应用对象 。单一的85485链路最多可以连接30台变频器,而且根据各变频器的地 址或采用广播信息,都可以找到需要通信的变频器。链路中需要有一 个主控制器(主站),而各个变频器则是从属的控制对象(从站)。

2.外端子设置说明
MM440变频器为用户提供了四个模拟输入端口,即端口DIN1、DIN2和端口DIN3 、DIN4。通过外部端子控制电机多段速度运行,开关“K1”、“K2”、“K3”按 不同的方式组合,下列用K1~K3,可选7种输出频率。“K4”作为输出多段频率起动 开关。

(2)电动机反转延时运行 当按下反转按钮SB2时,PLC输入继电器I0. 1得电,其常开触点闭 合,位辅助继电器M0. 1得电,M0. 1常开触点闭合自锁,同时接通定时 器T37延时。当时间达到10s,定时器T37位触点闭合,输出继电器Q0. 2 得电,变频器MM440的数字输入端口DIN3为“ON”状态。电动机在发出 反转信号延时10s后,按P1121所设置的6s斜坡上升时间反向启动,经6* 后,电动机反向运转在由P1040所设置的40 Hz频率对应的转速上。 为了保证运行安全,在PLC程序设计时,利用辅助继电器M0. 0和 M0. 1的常闭触点实现互锁。

(3)电动机停止 无沦电动机当前处于正转或反转状态,当按下停止按钮TB1后,输 入继电器I0. 2得电,其常闭触点断开,使辅助继电器M0. 0(或M0. 1) 线圈失电,其常开触点断开取消自锁,同时输出继电器线圈Q0. 1(或 Q0. 2)线圈失电,变频器MM440端口6(或7)为“OFF”状态,电动机按 P1121所设置的8*斜坡下降时间正向(或反向)停车,经8*后电动机运行 停止。
5.操作调试
(1)电动机正转运行 当按下正转按钮SB1时,S7 - 226型PLC输入继电器I0. 0得电,辅助 继电器M0. 0得电,M0. 0常开点闭合自锁,输出继电器Q0. 1得电,变频 器MM440的数字输入端口DIN2为“ON”状态。电动机按P1120所设置的6s斜 坡上升时间正向启动,经过6s后,电动机正转运行在由P1040所设置的40 Hz频率对应的转速上。
②电动机反转
当按下变频器的换向键 ,电动机反转运行。反转转速的调节与电动机正转相 同。

6.4.1 PLC与变频器的连接
PLC与变频器一般有三种连接方法 1.利用PLC的模拟量输出模块控制变频器 PLC的模拟量输出模块输出0~5V电压信号或4~20 mA电流信号,作为变 频器的模拟量输入信号。这种控制方式接线简单,但需要选择与变频器输 入阻抗匹配的PLC输出模块,且PLC的模拟量输出模块价格较为昂贵,此外 还需采取分压措施使变频器适应PLC的电压信号范围,在连接时注意将布线 分开,保证主电路一侧的噪声不传至控制电路。
